Your rebuttal to my review is just that a rebuttal to save face in front of your customers. I get it , however making false statements that I apologize and for what reason that your establishment was in fact unprofessional? The conduct that youāre approving says a lot about how this business is conducted. Please review your employees and as a group you as well take a course in customer service and Iām sure you just may be successful in the near future.
Shame On You and how you made false statements about my wife . You are no longer allowed to do business with our friends and family and you shall be blocked from all on facebook and Instagram.
This establishment buys used and unused clothing. However be advised that when youāre selling your items after clearing your closet this establishment is extremely selective as to what they feel is reasonable regardless if your items have tags. Dealing with the store employees especially when the employee makes you aware that her mother is the owner, depicting how entitled she is which is so unprofessional. This makes one feel that theyāre belittling you as unimportant and that you need them more than they need you. I tried to overlook this fact but only to confirm my viewpoint when being offered $49 dollars for 16 items that are above fair condition. I requested if their offer could be rounded up by one dollar and they said offers are final (regardless if appraisals are off). I almost took their offer except for the refusal of giving 4 quarters more to make it an even 50 dollars. This showed me that customer are not their priority. This review is not meant for the employees and is only meant for the store owner to adjust the stores core mission statement. If you see positive reviews itās most likely family or friends of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen you bring in stuff to sell they instruct you to 'look around, we will let you know when we're done'. If you're interested in what they take DO NOT WALK AWAY. Watching them work with your items is the ONLY WAY to know what they are purchasing. You will not receive a paper receipt. Your receipt is sent to your sign-up email. If you ask they tell you to wait for 24 hours. You want to know what your 'receipt' states? The dollar figure. That's it. End of story. Bye-bye.
That's all you got? - A simple email issue that was resolved? - My email is not the issue. I think you NEED A CLASS in INTERPRETATION... I have no issue with not receiving the receipt due to inputting an incorrect email. But I digress..I called exactly 24 hours after the instructed wait time -eyeroll- and when Jordan answered the phone I started my conversation with "Hi it's Lisa and I haven't received my receipt via email so I'm wondering if I might have entered my email incorrectly...". Jordan knows I was polite. He said he can print one out and I'll stop by. (Wait, you CAN PRINT A RECEIPT? I thought I was told to wait 24 hours ...?) If I was rude in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM I am certain you would have added it to your response, just by sheer observation from your history of classic responses.. however I was VERY POLITE about said issue and Jordan knows it, you do too. Soooo, READ MY REVIEW AGAIN. I'll wait.... *
*twice read, and still the owner doesn't understand their process is not seller friendly. No itemized receipt, not even a number figure for amount of items taken. "That's classified information" Jordan said. I'll never step foot in this glorified thrift store again,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot referred by a friend to try and get some cash for clothes that I just didnāt have use for anymore. Went in with my partner to give it a shot! Immediately as we walked in the energy by the employees felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and rude. It was an unpleasant and not very friendly experience.
Update this is in response to the owners response to my initial review: Appreciate the apology, though it is difficult to see it coming from a genuine place when my experience as a customer is being invalidated. You couldāve apologized for the experience and moved on. Instead you passive aggressively asked if it was about the items and also practically said it was impossible for any of the employees to be the way I said they were. So no, this has absolutely nothing to do with the passing on several items. I was going to donate or trash these items anyways so I really donāt mind getting little to nothing for them. In my initial review I did not once mention anything in regards to items, cash, or anything along those lines. It was strictly only about the energy, tone, and professionalism displayed by the employees in this Uptown Cheapskate. After reading through numerous reviews, it seems as though there may be a lack of professionalism on the owners end which tells me all I need to know and also validates my experience. The attitude, emotional responses, and lack of accountability are a prime example of what my issue was in the first place. But since I guess weāre making it about the items, thank you for the $22 for the 5 pairs of pants (which were roughly $220+ brand new and were all in ālike newā condition. Donāt give me the whole resell spiel either, Iām just being straight up about the...
