Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lancaster

I was really excited for Dutch bros to open up as I heard great things from it in Oregon. First thing I noticed when I went there was that the inside was absolutely disgusting. There were cups spilt everywhere, crumbs everywhere, the machines were gross and uncleaned, nobody wore hair nets, and the sink was horrid. Never seen this at Starbucks, not to compare. Second is the staff seemed very undertrained, we’re moving abnormally slow (and I don’t expect them to move like robots), they didn’t know additives) I had to sit there and tell the barista when to stop pouring, they didn’t know where the simple napkins were, and none of them cleaned at all. They were all very young, like that was their first job and got little to no training. Third, they had to remake my drink 3 times before I just told them to make something else because my rebel was not blended. It tasted like pure watery syrup. I would never come here again as I am very disgusted and unpleased. Now, I will say their prices are great but the drinks aren’t. One of the staff there was really helpful and understanding. Can't rate food cause I'm not sure if they have, but drinks are amazingly delicious. This week while I was working nearby with a couple, was a very hot day and I know there are not many Dutch Bros in Los Angeles and this couple had never heard of Dutch Bros I decided to introduce them this amazing drinks. They were very surprised with the taste. Husband got mango smoothie and his wife got the strawberry one. I was thinking about any of the sour drinks but as I had tried before the golden eagle I just wanted to have it again. If we are anytime soon back in the area we will probably swing by. And by the way most Dutch Bros I believe there are drive thru only, however anyone can park and order at the front. No restrooms available. The drinks themselves are delicious. The service is excellent. Any time I’ve had a question or problem they seem more than happy to help. My only issues are with the full menu is only available online/app, the wait (but that’s to be expected anywhere in town) and the two lanes can be confusing especially if they don’t have someone outside taking orders when you pull up. Other customers seem to get upset especially if they aren’t familiar with the place. So if you “get cut off” by another customer or feel like “they skipped me” if you pay with card or app they’ll often bring your drink to you before you even get to the window.
