Bad customer service had us waiting 10 min in line while there were more than enough employees standing around n the back doing nothing.. we ask an employee who was giving an interview to someone or talking to one of them?? Is someone gonna take our order? All she said was.. yeah, someone will be with u. Laugh and keep with the person she was talking too totally ignoring us..smh.. after a girl came from the side and took our orde.. once our food was ready, they never told us that my food was ready ... 20 minutes pass and I knowest there was a charola with food just there got up, and i ask, is this my food they said Oh yeah.... the burrito was a size of taco bell burrito, super small, and more rice than meet.. I was so disappointed.. the consome was really thick and salty.. the tacos were small but good. The employees should be more into there customer's than fulling around tbh.. no eye contact, no professional at all ...
