Motel 6 Lancaster, CA — Hotel in Lancaster

I wished I would have gotten the young Lady's name who checked me in. That Lady gets all my stars. You see the reason I am even staying in the motels in Lancaster is so I don't have to drive back and forth between my home 2 hour drive away and here where most of my Doctors are. I came into the motel 6 office around 3:45 or so to check in, I wasn't feeling real good, it ad been a long day so far and the young Lady asked me if I was all right, I replied yes I was fine just tired, and explained why I was there. I always request a room with accessibility ♿️ because it's hard for me to get around anymore, steps are out, and the rails in the bathrooms are a must. She put me in a room right next to the office and she said that after I got settled into my room she said she would drop by and check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed and to make sure I was alright? She went way beyond her obligation as a Motel 6 employee! I felt secure and safe knowing she was really interested in my well being during my stay there. That girl needs a raise and to be training other Motel employees how to treat customers and make sure they have what they need to have a comfortable stay. By the way this was my 4th stay at this Motel 6 and everytime I have requested a room with accessibility and they have made sure 2 out of 4 that my needs were met. Dear Maz K. I am still waiting on my refund that was promised for the unauthorized transaction. I have called and emailed dozens of times and still no response. Please refund the money immediately.

So unfortunately most of these reviews are fake. It is quite easy to spot. The place is on the freeway and it runs all night. I attempted to book a room for 2 nights and never received a confirmation. I called the motel and no one answered. So I went with another hotel as the website most likely had a glitch and the booking never went thgh. A couple of hours later during my drive my friend who lives locally explained how dangerous this location is with high crime, direct access to the room and that ex cons, welfare recipients and drug deals are frequent here. For my safety I could not stay here. This is documented in numerous recent reviews. I called the hotel and corporate and no one answered the phone. They are still trying to charge me despite the attempts so placing this review to warn others of the scary situation and fraud...

I have stayed at this property several times last year and had no complaints. However this stay, I experienced Emily at your front desk. She had a maturity and attention to detail as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!! I checked in early evening and I was chilled to the bone. I inquired about the coffee and she told me the hours it was out in lobby and to my dissappointment would not be out until the next morning. Emily then offered to get me a cup to warm myself up, as she said if there was anything at all she could help me with to just ring the office .....she would be here all night with us. Giving me that warm fuzzy feeling....which is far and few between. As having worked the front desk myself for years, let me say to the management.... invest in this gal, train her well and watch how one person can give this motel a refreshing customer service experience, organically derived. She's a keeper !! Thank you so much Emily for going above and beyond.... it didn't go unnoticed
