Fire N Frosty burgers and shakes — Restaurant in Lancaster

Went for the first time today and the food was really good. We got the m&m freeze ice cream, single flame burger, jalapeno poppers, 5 pc boneless wings combo with the fries and a drink and I got the Jamaica so we earned the free mini cone which was a perfect snack while we waited for our food and soo good. Honestly I was skeptical because the reviews are so mixed. But to my surprise food was really good. Burger was very flavorful and moist but like in a good way, not dry at all. Poppers perfectly crispy , fries also perfectly crispy and well seasoned. The Buffalo boneless wing flavor was also good and cooked well I hate when my wings are either too dry or undercooked but they were just right. We also got the ranch without being overcharged for it and even some yellow peppers when we asked for some! We will be back! Also workers were very kind! The food is good........ until you look inside and realize the night cook; with the blonde ponytail is making your food with no gloves, opening raw meat packages, whipping the knife off with the same towel that he is wiping the prep table and everything else with, on top of using it on his own hands and wiping his hands on his apron. We threw our food away. Killer parts is as in watching all this through the window in the drive-thru there is a box of gloves right next to him. Oh and that jar of locked, fries, burger patty sliding onto your bun, he is all doing bare handed. I have yet to see him wash them before handling food. I've gone at night and it's pretty quite. The atmosphere is is still and they are closed on the inside so I did not observe anything out of the ordinary, besides the dude with the ponytail on the night crew that refuses to wear gloves........

Fun new place! Grand Opening flags and signage still around - it was fun to try it new, but without the Grand Opening rush😄

Tried the Grilled Cheese (exceptional!), 3pc Taquitos (delish!), Crinkle Fries (toasty and yummy), and the fountain drink was Jamaica, which I love and you usually don't get as a choice!

For dessert we got Shakes, where we could add malt to any flavor (!) so we got: PB and malt & Horchata and malt. They were thick, creamy, and the bomb!!!

Food is made fresh, so it was a few minutes more than fast food, but was definitely worth the wait!!😀 Also the menu has a TON of options, so plenty of things to try on...
