As a Titanium member, this Hotel doesn’t hold itself to the Marriott standard. My basic reasoning is because of the build and location.
First off, the location. It is basically on a busy freeway and cut through street where vehicles are heard speeding at excessive speeds with modified exhausts, all throughout the night. I understand Building Codes, but knowing where this location would be placed, you would think the builder and owner should have spent a little more money to quiet the noise issues inside the Hotel.
To no fault of my neighbors, I could hear their conversations and stomps at all sides throughout the day and night also.
Most Springhill Suites I’ve stayed in have had two televisions (Bedroom area and living area). This room only had one outdated tv, which wasn’t as big of a deal than the noise issues.
I use to live in Southern California but really didn’t know much about Lancaster because it’s off the beat and path of LA. The community seemed run down and didn’t appear to be the safest.

Read moreHORRIBLE , if you want nice staff and a full complete room don't go here. Me and my fiance checked in to this so called hotel and he decided to take a shower... he slipped and fell due to the tub missing it's rubber mat ... the manager said he could not do anything for us and basically blamed my fiance for not looking , even though there was no rubber mat ANYWHERE . He said he wouldn't take the blame because it was not their fault when it obviously was. We paid for a full room and for good service which they failed to give . The manager then proceeded to share his opinion saying he doesn't need a rubber mat to shower , even though the bath tub was extremely slippery. We had to be super careful taking showers and stayed up till 3am in the morning trying to get help from their costumer care. OVER ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'M GLAD TO KNOW THIS IS HOW MARRIOTT HOTELS TREAT THE MILITARY AND THEIR CLIENTS. We got ahold of someone that actually tried helping and told us we had every right to be upset . Now we are waiting as to what they have to say. THIS IS A...
