Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks in store and was quoted a 25 minute wait. I stayed in the store, waiting for my name to be called. 25 minutes came and went while I watched many other unhappy customers come in asking for the status of aged orders just to be turned away with a longer wait time. 35 minutes came and went. At the 40 minute mark I approached the front counter at the pick up area, hoping to ask an employee for an update on my order. I stood there for 10 minutes while employee after employee made eye contact from afar but didn't come over to help. Eventually an employee came over and called the name on another order, and then she called my name. I told her that was me, and she commented that my order had been ready for 20 minutes already. I told her that I had been in the store the whole time and no one had called my name. I didn't receive an apology or really any reply from her, she just handed me my pizzas. To make matters worse, I had groceries in my car that whole time and some items spoiled from the heat while I waited 50 minutes to get pizza that was already 20 minutes old. Will not be...

Been going to the store since it opened I've always been happy with my orders the pizza is really good the only thing that I don't understand is why they never answer the phone. I started ordering my pizza online and usually you're able to go ahead and put a time you'll be picking it up and I accidentally skipped it so my pizza was going to be ready 15 minutes before I was going to pick it up and then I received a text that it was going to it was already done 15 minutes earlier than that so my pizza was going to be sitting there for a good half hour 45 minutes been trying to get through to the phone since I ordered and no answer there are two numbers on their website and all they do is ring hopefully they are correct cuz I know in the past I used the six six six six number and it works but today it didn't it just keeps ringing and ringing but other than that everything else is GREAT! First off coming into store no one in site then a girl comes out and says hi no smile. I order a 5 dollar pepperoni and crazy bred no sauce .. She says the total is $9.27 I said I get this all the time and it's 8 something .? She then replied our crazy bred went up in price . Very rudely. I gave her a 10 dollar bill when given my change she failed to give a receipt. I asked for it she printed a receipt and it was for the pizza and a crazy combo.. That's with the sauce not just crazy bred !
