In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Lancaster

Normally I love this place this time I had pretty frustrating experience. I ordered two number ones animal style on the burgers only one with whatever drinking the other with whatever. Then I ordered an additional number one with grilled onions and whatever drink. I got to the window they somehow had two combos and the drink that I ordered what's the third combo but no items from the third combo like the Burger on fries we let them know the order again from the beginning two number ones blah blah blah blah blah. We get to the next window we get handed a drink carrier with four drinks and when the food comes out there was a random Burger that had only grilled onions and nothing else on it but the meat and cheese, so no lettuce tomatoes are spread. and before I could complain my wife is looking at the receipt he says no they charged us for 4 drinks. And an even longer story trying to be somewhat short LOL, I had to go inside and explain the order to two different employees before they finally understood me and actually gave me all the items from my order.it's just frustrating me greatly because I stayed in my order as clearly as can be and did not understand why they ring it up the way that they did why we got so many drinks why I had to explain it over and over and over as if nobody understood what I was talking about. Wow what a day, once again

So my boyfriend brought me to his hometown from the East coast to meet his family and he raved about In n Out and how it was his number one spot growing up. Everything was fresh and made to order....animal style....yadda yadda. So we came in for lunch, the place was being run like a well oiled machine with friendly attitudes and smiling faces. The place was busy which is always a really good sign for any food establishment. Well I ordered the hamburger combo and he did the double cheese combo animal style. After about 12 minutes our number was called, he went to grab our lunch from the counter as I waited with anticipation to try the famous In n Out burger. Took one bite and the bun was hard, I lifted the bun and saw that it was burnt. I then tried a f.f. and they were cold. I went up and handed over my burnt cold food for a freshly made box. When I received my new fresh made box, the burger was dry and flavorless. and after eating a few F.F. they tasted like white potato which are also tasteless. I ate about half of my burger and fries and tossed it in the garbage. My boyfriend stated that his meal wasn't what he recalled it being either. He said the quality was really low and that the burger didn't seemed to be hand pattie like they once were. So needless to say, i wasn't impressed and my boyfriend was disappointed.
