Subway — Restaurant in Lancaster

Just got back from Subway and had a potential bad experience turned into a 5 star experience because of the quality service that was given to me by the man in charge. As I entered this establishment, only one other person was in line ordering and one person on the serving side taking this customer's order. The only other employ that I believed was there 2as stocking chips right next to me. The gentleman behind the counter asked the young lady stocking chips to come back and help out. It was at this point I realized she was a new hire.probably her first day. I am the first to understand how nervous a person can get on their first of a new job, especially if it could be your first ever job. As I told her what my order was and watched her make my order, I realized she might have tunnel vision right now. Not only did she not hear what I had asked, she only put enough meat for a 6" sub let alone a foot long. I Kinsley informed her that there wasn't enough meat on the sandwich and it just wasn't registering with her. So, as I was checking out, in my frustration of trying to be as nice as possible, informed the gentleman in charge that my order is on the slim side. He promptly made a new one and handled with the greatest of professionalism. I am impressed as it is hard to find these days. As far as the young lady that was starting her new job, she will be just fine when she gets the groove of things and has an awesome instructor to guide her into being a confident...

The sub way on the Westside avenue I and 20th street west in Lancaster, CA. Is the best SubWay I'm the entire antelope valley and the colored man that was working there this evening is the most polite and courteous person you could ever meet and made the best sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Thank you Sir for the wonderful dining experience in my life and SubWay needs 2 hold on 2 because your happiness is contagious and uplifting and that alone will bring in the customers but the individual attention that u give 2 each person that comes through the door and will continue 2 do so over and over and that puts the spot light on u as a good money maker. Thank u.......

I was looking forward to eating a good sandwich.. but when someone walked in to pick up and order, an employee stopped making the sandwich they were working on and went to open the door to ask what name it was, she went to get his bag and then went back and opened the door to give him his food then returned to continue working on sandwich with the SAME GLOVES she opened and filthy door with... with this pandemic going on I wouldn't eat there because of the carelessness of the employee to cross...
