Customers understand that holiday hours are different but there was an incident with this restaurant that had a family dinning in the restaurant already inside and my family went to open the lobby door but noticed a sign that said lobby was closed so we thought nothing of it and decided to go through the drive thru. Then we saw another family that thought it was open and saw the sign. Then an employee went up to the door, us thinking she will let us know it was closed or let us in but instead she ripped the sign from the door and Skipped back to the counter. As if she was making fun of us. Skipping back to the counter. We did not feel good about that at all. I told them to turn off their lobbyās OPEN sign from the outside. We got our food from the drive through. I am writing this review in real time and our drive thru server was Joy M, I am unsure if it was Joy but the employee ripping the sign and skipping was very rude, it might of been Joy but if it wasnāt they had the same shift as them. Please encourage your employees to be more respectful of the customers and more verbal. We saw the sign and understood it but why did she rip it ? It was very confusing and skipping back ? Why was that necessary? I appreciate your employees working on holidays and appreciate the time to whoever reads this...

The food didn't taste the same and the portions were very very small. Like, two tablespoons of an entree? Really? I've been going to Panda for many years but this was my first time at this panda, and I won't be back! Terrible food. Terrible service. Pass. Oh and- when they don't have an item what is with the "oh it will be 5 minutes" and they set your food container "under the heat lamp" ? What happened to keeping it ALL freshly served? They got very rude when I asked to be served what they had ready, and to get the food that wasn't ready later. Woman got very rude, said "it WONT get cold" well, maybe I don't want something sitting under a heat lamp for 5 minutes? When it was ready, they couldn't even bother to tell me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall this location had done ok. Over the last few years service has been up and down lately has been ok. Today however was an odd but discouraging experience. Got a kids meal and paid the upcharge for shrimp, they filled not even 1/3 of the kids box compartment with the food and when asked we were told they are allowed to serve 4 small shrimp only. Why in the world are is there an upcharge if you are going to serve such a small amount. We also got another kids meal and that item filled the compartment and more. We then watched people getting normal serving sizes of shrimp in regular boxes and bowls (filling the compartment) and very clearly not counting. If you want to reduce the portion size, then don't upcharge! Silly.
This is the type of being overly stingy that just upsets customers and can lose customers. Our experience at other locations has not...
