Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lancaster

They definitely make your experience good. They come out to the car lines and take your order. You pay right at your car also. Then if your order is ready before you get to the window, they bring it out to you. Not much wait time at all. I ❤️ Dutch Bros!!!!

So I have an update...went yesterday because it was the first of the month and they're supposed to have stickers on the first of the month... no stickers. The people were very nice though. The young man at the window told me they would have them on Wednesday (2 days later) he then told me about the free mug give away with the purchase of a large drink for Tuesday (today). I made a comment about going 3 days in a row but it was okay since I like Dutch Bros. He told me they would probably still have the mugs on Wednesday. I decided to go today after work anyway. I got there before 4pm and was told they ran out of the mugs. I'm very dissapointed. No stickers yesterday, no mug today! I'm not sure about going tomorrow now. Now I'm not just going for the stickers or the free mugs but...truly I try to treat myself from time to time and I probably wouldn't want to spend the money every day. I was going for the stickers for my son and the nice associate told me about the mugs. Would have been nice if either 1 had happened when I went. Sorry Dutch...

So this would be the 3rd time coming to this location first 2 times we been to this location service was awesome it was fast service drinks we're awesome the people at the window was full of energy. But today the service was slow we waited in line for 45mins? At 10am in the morning it was super busy with only 1 person outside taking orders, she was awesome and super friendly..While we see 5 employees just outside standing and talking. If you would think as busy it was on a monday. it would be more employees outside helping with orders or the people standing outside chatting would notice how busy it was. I know they are a new location because I've been to so many dutch bros up north but never experienced service...

I'm gonna rate this experience as mediocre. I went on Friday around 5ish pm. There were two girls and 4 cars ahead of me. I was not serviced and asked what I wanted to order. I thought, "maybe they are checking something on their tablet." Turns out they weren't. They were more concerned with talking with a coworker than helping us. When we came to the window we told the server we weren't helped. He seemed like it was our fault we weren't helped, that we were the problem and not his workers outside.
