Bin Store Gems — Local services in Lancaster

Love this store..... My only problem is when the female cashier's work they screw me every time. They are supposed to charge 3 for clothing no matter what day it is. I went on 12 dollar day got like 7 things 2 being clothing and 2 being some cheap little toys I was charged 12 for every item and my total was 96.00??? The little shirt that should have been 3 dollars and tag was only 10 dollars but she charged it as a 12 dollar item? The other time I went on 10 dollar day again I bought some socks a eye liner and a electric razor she charged me 30 dollars. But when the gentlemen work they make it worth it. I went in on 8 dollar day got like 7 things and 3 clothing and he charged me 25 I was very appreciative and felt it was a good deal because it always is unless u get the female cashier's they literally don't charge right or fair and it's not worth it it's more like being over charged and...

Horrible place this is the 10th time the employees give a disgusting attitude for innocent questions. Yesterday I asked an old man if something was cheaper in store do they price match, the man decide to give me the most disgusting face and told me to never ever interrupt what he was doing again. He said get in line and ask again and maybe I'll help you. Mind you there was no line this late in the afternoon. So upset I grabbed the diapers put them back and ignored him as he repeated dont even interupt me again and because I ignored him he called security to confront me. As I was leaving they where both making faces and gestures of kicking me and my mother out the store. I understand its your store and its your family that works the store but what did I do wrong for asking a simple question? I didn't even argue back or say something which I should of but I am so done...

Decent selections, yet still overpriced. The price on the window is NOT what you’ll pay. Also, the sell food from there but do not have a public health, food grade in their window or establishment, which would lead to believe that they are not compliant

Also, please check your electronics as they may not work and they do ask that you not open boxes. However, the things in the boxes may either be damaged or missing items.

A lot of the workers there are just flat out oblivious and don’t seem to really know what they are doing

One of the workers when I asked him for assistance she said he did not know he was working in the back and they just told him to come out front and help

My recommendation would be check around the area for other bin stores as I’ve been to quite a few in Palmdale and Lancaster and I will say the selection and prices are beating this one out...
