I came into this location at 8:48pm. I waited a few minutes before being assisted. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and one pepperoni. Quite a few people were waiting ahead of me for their orders. After all them were assisted, I was the only one left to get my pizzas. Another little rush came in maybe 5 to 6 different transactions and maybe a couple of call ahead orders. For some odd reason, all of those customers were served their pizzas and I still 23 minutes later did not have my pizzas. I saw quite a few cheese and definitely pepperoni going out, I'm just confused to what took so long for me to get mine! Not only that, the guy at the counter Aadontreis R (name on my receipt), would take the money, go to the kitchen and assist with the food and come back to the front. UNSANITARY!!!! I see the Hispanic lady in the back playing in her hair, I'm guessing trying to put it in a ponytail, all while a 6'maybe 5" guy with long curly hair, has NO hair net nor cap on, but in the kitchen fixing up the pizzas!! UNSANITARY and definitely a violation! Retrain on food safety and sanitation, greeting when customers walk in, not give your friends/family free pizza (Aadontreis), especially when I know that was my pizzas you gave him, and follow thru with Little Caesars mission statement! I've ordered pizza from this location many times and 90% of the time I either get a messed up/burnt pizza, missing items or not what I ordered. You try to give people chances due to the fact that we all deal with something. Everyone needs a job to provide for themselves and their families. But this is beyond "letting things slide". I ordered delivery and most of my food was missing. The short Mexican woman not only act like the food was delivered, she turned around and admitted the food was still there but refused to be a professional. Simply could've said "this is our mistake... we will be on our way with your food and I'll send some coupons for your next order." Affective conflict resolution. But no, she wanted to be arrogant. She proceeded to place the phone on the counter and continued working. I hope whoever is the district manager would fire her on the spot. TOO MANY people are complaining about her and the service rendered. Everyone, do not do business here. Either your order will be wrong, under or overcooked, find roaches in the boxes or be met with the lil gremlin from hell who act like she's bold and the beautiful. Thanks for taking food out of my kids mouth.

I ordered my food over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I intentionally waited 25-30 minutes to get to the store to get the food because they have a history of not having the food ready when you get there and so you have to wait.
I get there, the Hispanic older lady ringing people up was being rude to a guy as I walk in. It takes the lady a while to acknowledge me to see if I need to place an order or pick it up.
Then when I get to the counter, give them my name on the order, and then I ask to see the food before I purchase it.
I always ask to see my pizza anywhere I go to make sure it’s what I ordered, and it’s not over cooked.
Apparently she doesn’t see my order in the system because she is asking me what I ordered.
As I’m telling her what I ordered she is ringing it up. So I ask again can I see the food and asked if the order is ready.
She says “no, we don’t make the pizza until you pay for it. So pay now, and we will make it now”.
Then she proceeds to call the next customer to take their order before finishing with my transaction.
At that point I decided to leave because it’s not worth an altercation with the ignorant lady. I won’t be spending any other money at...
