First off let me explain by I work in the food industry as a MANAGER and have for a long time. I come to this McDonald’s very often. It’s certain night that everyone just be like careless emotionless people who are JUST THERE. For the last 3 weeks, 2 nights a week I deal with very lazy and careless mistakes from here and the employees TONIGHT October 24th I came by after getting off of work a very long stressful night of work and I stopped by on my way home. It was 1:13am and it was 1:25 before I got my food all I ordered was a small fry and a mcchicken. Then mchicken was spicy SPICY! I don’t not do spicy stuff, but it Lets me know someone was careless and not pay attention and gave me the spicy chicken patty and my salt were so nasty and half hard like NO I waited in that line that long and paid my money that i work for and expect what I pay for the girl that was at the first window n with the glass and long braids DEFINITELY needs to learn customer service. This is an Old Argument. Nothing against the place except that to save even more money this place has a Kiosk for ordering For Your Self,Sliding Your Card,waiting a moment for the receipt with Your Order number. When The number is called You grab Your food. Machines replacing People,I won't support. The food itself was above average and wait time wasn't bad. Employees are clean,committed and well Managed. For the small cost of convenientcy of the meal. I'm not complaining. If the Kiosk took cash I may had been tempted to use it at First. After eating a 2 for $5 Deal I was still hungered,so I went back up still only with cash (( as I dont trust using kiosks,the banking systems,the Federal reserve etc. ). Read moreCame here with my 2 grandsons on a Saturday. I ordered 2 happy meals, 2 sandwiches & a drink. I had placed the mobile order on the app out in the car before going inside. We waited, and we waited, and we waited. I would walk up to the counter for a bit then I would go sit for a bit. It had to be at least 20 minutes. I finally asked someone “Did my mobile order go through?” She asked my name & went back to check. Soon she came back with it all piled up and handed it to me, as if I could carry it without dropping anything. I asked “has it been just sitting there?”. She said no. Our food was not hot so I know for sure it had been sitting awhile. And I had to go back and wait again to get straws. I was very disappointed and angry. Is it the management? Is it untrained employees? Is it lack of enough staff? Is it lack of motivation to do a good job? Who knows. In addition, they have no menu board.
