Absolute horrible experience! 1st, when we first ordered, the customer service was horrific. The lady taking the order was cutting my mother off. There are things that have supposedly changed from the last time we ordered which was like a MONTH ago. She didn't know the answers and just was given half answers. We asked for an estimate price which is always given, she failed to do so until I said "If you can't, give me the manager." She then said an estimate price & didn't give us a wait time or name for the order, until my mother asked. When my mother proceeded, to give her that information. She hung up immediately. Hours later, my father had gotten his seafood boil from there... When he gets ready to heat his seafood boil up, he notices there are French fries in the bottom of his boil & no muscles that usually are in the boil. He has ALWAYS gotten this boil & never has he had French fries in the boil. Today, my mother and father go to the restaurant to ask for a redo of the boil. The ignorant and rude manager yelled at my mother and told both of them to get out of his establishment. To not give a whole new seafood boil that hasn't been eaten out of or refunded almost $40-$50 for one item, that my father gets every-time we eat there is unacceptable!!! I've always heard people tell us and seen reviews for myself to not eat there. For instance, the owner has been called out by racial profiling & being racist in general. It's not a good look. I've tried to continue anyways because I've never experienced it myself... And I NEVER do reviews. Even if the food was delicious at a restaurant, I never do online reviews. i will just tell people the place was great and try it out... But this restaurant, needs a new adjustment!!! INCLUDING STAFF giving professionalism & customer service 24/7 & a manager/ owner that knows how to be our customers that is keeping his establishment open first!!

I wouldn't give it a star but I had to in order to leave a review. We are Lancaster County residents and have ate from Seagulls several times. Its always just been pretty average. So tonight after a while we ordered from there. My son got home with our food and our grilled chicken was RAW. I called to tell the owner and he was very unprofessional. He informed me he's been in business for 8 years and they don't make mistakes like that. I have no reason to lie. I have a picture and as he asked I'm keeping the raw chicken overnight along with the bite my husband spit out! I hope when I take it back tomorrow that he has lots of customers so that I can inform them that he serves raw chicken. Oh he also told me I was banned from ever coming back. No worries sir. We do not plan on ever coming back after i get my refund. BUT I do plan on sharing our picture of your raw chicken that you are serving! Disgusting food and attitude! 🤢

It was our first, and last, visit to this restaurant. While waiting for our table we saw a dead roach on the floor. The rest of our party decided to stay because they had been told the food was really good. The food was okayish. For the price point it was an extremely large amount of food. The server was not a selling point for the restaurant. While she was fairly pleasant when speaking, she did not bring drink refills or anything else needed once the food was brought. I understand being busy, or perhaps shorthanded, but the other servers seemed to manage their tables very well.

I had the most terrible experience yesterday. I use to love going here. But NOW there is a female name Haley who works there who is very toxic. I really believe she is intentionally trying to ruin this man's business... I called to let them know yesterday some things was left off my order when I got home, and Haley told me "She couldn't care less about my order cause I'm ready to go home!!!" She actually screamed that to me and hung up the phone. I kept calling back and finally spoke to a manager and he gave the owner my number to rectify the situation. I spoke with the owner today, just for him to tell me, he can't help the way she talks to his customers because he is short staffed, and nobody wanna work. I told the owner how that girl is gonna sabotage your business cause she is intentionally rude to customers, and seems like she purposely leave items off the order as if she gets a thrill out of it annoying customers. Ive even saw her shrug 🤷🏽‍♀️ one time when another employee told her she left something off an order. If you heard the she was talking to me yesterday your mouth would have dropped.. As long as Haley is there, I will continue to tell ppl not to go to that restaurant unless you want bad treatment, and bad vibes. Eventhough they have good food it's not worth raising your blood pressure worrying about if everything on ur order is correct. Haley is very mean spirited and I really hope she doesn't destroy the reputation of a good restaurant in this town. Like the saying goes, don't let one apple spoil the...

If I could give less than a one I would.. I’ve eaten at his establishment many many times before the customer service and food has always been wonderful. What happened tonight was not acceptable and I will no longer patronize establishments that does not deserve my money. I waited tonight for dinner for two. I waited over 40 mins. All I received within that 40 mins were two Sweet Teas n some Hushpuppies. The meals NEVER arrived. I went to the register to pay for what was eaten so the waitress was alerted and she came over and asked was everything ok? Really what did you serve us? I paid the cashier and walked out. I called back for the manager once in my vehicle and was asked on the phone by someone what’s the call pertain to and I told the person I needed to speak to the manager. I was put on hold and then disconnected. Social Distancing was practiced bc of the arrangements of the seating so there wasn’t many ppl in the establishment. I can cook and cook well, NO LONGER will this establishment and many others receive any of the hard earn money I make if I’m treated as if I shouldn’t have been there. I was not even offered to allow time for the food and at least get a to go box. Nope keep it and I’ll keep my money..Thank You...
