Starbucks — Restaurant in Lancaster

WORST customer service! This young lady was disrespectful she literally threw the straws at me and made these drinks messy! I understand she was working alone and there was a line, but this don't give the ok to mistreat customers (BTW when I walked in to order there was no line) and to make it worst our drinks weren't good at all specially the pink drinks were a big disappointment. Management needs to either get more personnel or retrained this lady on my receipt shows the cashier...

This Starbucks is very consistent providing fast friendly considerate service and the coffee always kicks aaaaaah.... you know_LOL.. I really like the Bacon, Sausage Egg Wrap w/a Venti Pike black. I would give them 5 stars if they offered a variety of creamer but I have to wait til I get to my work or home to add French Vanilla...

This is the worst location i have ever been to. Consistently bad service everytime. Unprofessional attitudes and it seems like their personal conversations are more important than helping the customer..
