Karens Kitchen 3 — Restaurant in Lancaster

I had breakfast at this location once before and it was good so I went back again today 1/2/2023 and was so disappointed, the waiter didn’t seem to want to help me or talk to me but he did do his job but in sour sort of way, I ordered coffee 3 eggs hash browns sausage and muffins , the eggs were slightly over cooked cause the yolk was cooked but was ok , but the sausage was so under cooked I sent it back to be cooked more as soon as he set the plate on my table , when the top of sausage is not cooked you know damn well the inside is not cooked so I get my plate back and still the sausage did not look cooked so I cut a small piece and ( nope ) still pink inside. Oh and never was offered any more coffee. Needless to say I did not leave a tip and I absolutely will never eat...

Terrible service and quality. Prices shot way up. So sad since this restaurant was sold to the new owner.The original was around so long and they were so good. The new staff is very poor and the service has dropped tremendously. When the waitress was rude I asked to talk to the manager. This unprofessional Mexican girl, Veronica, claims she was the manager. She was so rude and unprofessional that I knew she wasn't the manager. She told me never to come back. Lol like I would. The new owner raised the prices considerably. With tax and tip don't expect to get out of there under $16 for basic bacon and eggs. The quality of the food dropped also. It used to be fresh and made daily. Now is prepared...

Picked up an online order. Food was ready but the rep told me they were out of rootbeer after i called customer and asked what they want they said dr pepper. Then i told the rep after i hung up with customer and he played a game with me that they didnt hace dr pepper too
