Chef Chunyu's food is outstanding! The gyudon is better than yoshinoya up here at least. Fried rice is top notch. Hard to differentiate kraage to katsu ( if you've tried those two traditional dishes). Price point is ok. I have gone out of my way to rep this restaurant. My colleagues have ordered here multiple times. Even my family spent a lot for food. As a routine patron, the least the management can do is treat you with respect and dignity. The only problem is this immature cashier with a dirty nose ring! Those non-verbal cues (raising hands in dismay when asked about the discount card and all together non caring attitude) signifying Burn out and dissatisfaction of her chosen career. The ambiance went down due to this. That's you SYD R. Love your job and be thankful for your repeat customers! Stop with the attitude and do what you're paid to do. Be a good employee.

I've gotten take-out here twice, and both times it was good. The onigiri tends to be a bit heavy on the rice compared to what you'd find in Japan, but I really liked the flavor of the spam & egg. The chicken karaage is really well cooked, but they didn't provide nearly enough sauce for my taste (I wish I'd asked for extra). Again, super heavy on the rice. Very friendly staff both times I've ordered from here; I'm gonna try the ramen next time I drop in.

Tried this place today. Took my food home. Had the salmon plate, gyogi, and egg rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious. They have an A rating. Clean and friendly environment. Reasonable prices. Will definitely return. Lots of options. Returned for the second time and dined in. Pleasant time with more delicious options to choose from. I cannot get enough of the egg rolls, tried the classic onigiri yummo it has spam, rice, egg dipped in a yummy sauce.

I ordered online: The onigiri and dressing on the salad was great, meats were okay. Unfortunately, my family got both the yaki udon and yaki ramen, but I would not recommend either one. My mom took one bite of the ramen and immediately said it was too salty which was confirmed not long after eating when my legs/feet swoll up like a painful ballon because of the water retention - which is far from a usual thing for me (I also have no food allergies). I thought it was a fluke, but the next day we had the udon as the first meal of the day and I again swoll up.

Not sure what's in the sauce to do this (it did taste closer to a steak sauce than what I'd typically think of for yaki noodles), but if you have ANY issues with salt intake, I recommend staying away from the yaki noodle series.

Other than that, I'd say if your looking for onigiri, this...

Been here twice, the food is great but they seem to have quickly changed their menu. My first visit I was able to get a plate with up to three different protein options. On my second visit I noticed the change in the menu to only being able to have one protein in my bento box, however the employee gave me two different proteins which I was requesting. I just went to place an order for the same thing and was told I could only pick one and would have to make the other a side. This was very disappointing as I don’t need all that food. Please go back to the old setup! The change is...
