I just left this establishment without my beverages, money and very bad and rude customer service. The girl working there 07/07/2024 Sunday @ approximately 3:10pm has to be trained on good customer service. Soon as we walked in she didn’t acknowledge or say hello to me or my daughter. After a couple of minutes she said how can I help you but with a very bad tone of voice while staring us down like she was mad yo work there and with so much horrible attitude. I then replied to her “yeah you should of said that a while ago but without the attitude!” I told her to give me her name; which she refused. I’ve usually go to the sister location on the east side of Lancaster and never have bad customer service like today. I would also like to add that her boyfriend also began to yell and threatened us with calling people to the establishment. Which I went to him and told him stay out of it cause I was a loyal paying customer that was having an issue with the girl and not him. Later on the Father of the boyfriend and a young woman showed up to calm the young guy down which didn’t help and only escalated the bad situation. This is the last time I’ll go to this location, I don’t need to get bad customer service. Mr.Z please explain to the young girl about the importance of good customer service. Read moreWorker was rude. Acted like I didn’t know how to use Apple Pay. Something was wrong with the machine and she needed to reset it because my card didn’t work, so I could use Apple Pay. She said “it’s been working all day”, which was an unnecessary comment, when it clearly said on the screen to insert card. Then she took 10 minutes to make 2 shakes and by the time I got my shakes they were already melted, with way too much chocolate. You could see the chocolate syrup on the sides, inside the shake. Three different groups came in, minutes apart and she gave everyone their order at the same time. Waited 5 minutes just to get acknowledgment after the girls were done with their conversation.. Customer service is key especially if you want returning customers..
