I cannot begin to tell you my experience from beginning to end. 1st, the communication was outstanding. I didn't have to wait long to make the appointment to have a cake consultation, was instantly accomplished within three days from me going into the shop, producing a email with minimal details and my availability to meet. I met Ms. Sophia and she was eager to deliver to make ALL of my visions come true :) she was compassionate and just as excited to add her special ideas and thoughts into what turned out to be, thee most perfect spread of sweet treats with a beautiful 2-tier animal safari baby shower cake. By the time I left my consultation, i didn't even care what the cake would taste like because I trusted her so much, I knew it would be as delicious as it looked. And it was folks!!! The cake was super moist and the creams were whipped to perfection and tasted like a dream in your mouth~amazing! All I'm saying is, her complete staff was friendly, in any time when I called. My vision became affordable because she'll explain what to add or take away and you'll still leave with an amazing treat table which by the way, she'll design and describe for you on paper. They'll package the cake in a way that it will not become damage during travels. She even helped me to my car!!! What more can you want in customer service. I am truly satisfied and so grateful I chose One-Stop-Shop to be my Baker and bakery. I took a gamble as I had never been there before or eaten anything there before and I chose RIGHT!!! I went in today to put an order in. I've been following their page for some time now. & had in mind that they'd be making my babies first birthday cake well the time is finally here to put the order in. (Mind you I've been messaging for sometime now with no answer back) Anyway I go to put my order im and the cashier keeps saying that an expensive cake and that has alot of detail That's going to be alot of work and so on. Then that they can't make it 4 tier, then that they can't make it like the picture that it needs to be bigger then whats in the picture. I told them the top small cake was for the baby and the lady said all that work we are going to do and your just going to give it to the baby to destroy. It's going to be expensive but you don't care how much it cost. I was just over it. They couldn't make the size I wanted, the cake I wanted and all the unnecessary comments I just left. Too bad because there stuff looks...

We love to go here on Fridays after our kids are dropped off at school. They have great bagels, donuts, and coffee drinks. Recently, we started ordering cakes for special occasions, and we just got one for Mother's Day. It was a very simple cake, which is what we asked for. Even though we asked for something simple, they always impress with whatever they do. The flowers are all done by hand and make just the right touch to your cake. We ordered a marble cake with a vanilla mouse and fresh strawberries. The cake had great flavor and was very moist. We will definitely be back again for another cake.
