Poke Junction - Lancaster — Restaurant in Lancaster

This just opened up in the Tractor Supply shopping center next door to the CVS. I was a little skeptical because I've known POKE restaurants to be all raw foods. They have cooked options. If it wasn't for a workers business like tactics we would have left. She enticed us with samples we ended making a purchase and let me tell you the food was super fresh and delicious. I had the shrimp crab with eddamame, seaweed, carrots, cucumber, ahi tuna, salmon, cilantro, corn, crispy garlic, crispy onion, sesame seeds, eel sauce sounds gross but It was delicious and some brown rice.
