However it has been my experience on more than one occasion to either receive a melted Frappuccino with the consistency of milk. This occurred too many times. What blows my mind is I have to bring it to the attention of the server. I should not have to bring it to their attention when 3/4 of the whipped cream on top is melted and the viscosity consistency of the drink is pure milk.
The second problem is, I custom-order my Frappuccino every single time and this place makes is so bitter I cannot drink it. Every Starbucks in town less two locations nice my custom order up every single time I order it.
*Revison: Feb 22, 2021 Today my wife and I came in together and we ordered a Venti Frap each. Mine was once again the consistency of milk, with no visible ice in it. The viscocity was perfect after my last complaint to the barista 2 mos ago. I come to this store at least 2 times a week. Sure what is 1 milky thin Frap out of say 15? ONE TOO MANY!
I am done with Starbucks once and for all. Seems not one store can make a consistent beverage the same way every time. Or- they cannot make 2 Frap's and have them come out within 30 seconds of each other! For this reason, do not expect me to ever return to any Starbucks. However, I must say- this store still excels beyond the others by far! Thanks for the memories...

I went inside the store to order a gift card and get a little drink. Unfortunately, there was a person that came in shortly after and was not really there (speaking/muttering to themselves, punching things, wanting to fight someone but never talked to anyone directly). I was still waiting for my drink when this person came in and one employee saw me with my baby, and immediately took action. I saw him go on the phone. He then was trying to ask the person if they were okay and if they needed help. I also saw him keep an eye on me and my son. Once I got my order, I was a little hesitant to walk out because the person was still punching things. The same employee escorted me to the door. When I turned to say thank you i saw his name tag to ensure that i write this review. He shut the door behind me and stood next to the door until I got in my car. He did not need to do any of that. Honestly, great person, great team, great drinks.
In addition, my husband used to go here a lot in the mornings. so much he had to cut back lol. but they remember him by name and even by voice. lol. they always showed great...
ย ย ย Read moreI have visited this Starbucks twice on a Monday night a little after 6pm. The service both times was terrible. There is someone, a short woman, that seems to be the manager. She is inattentive and rude. The dining area was dirty both times. Tonight, a girl behind the counter started scrubbing the tile grout behind the counter but no one ever came out to clean the tables or floors during the half hour I was there, even though I asked for something to clean the tables with and was told by the woman mentioned earlier that someone would clean them in a minute.
Both times I was there, I had to call for someone to get their attention. Tonight, the shorter woman mentioned before was in the back. So was another worker that came out later. The four other people working were catering to the drive thru window but appeared disorganized, often nearly bumping into one another. They had no small bags for the food I was taking with me. The Chai Latte I ordered was watery.
I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise. He or she is relying on these people to run this business and the drive thru seems pretty busy, but there is a reason that the dine-in area is relatively empty when most Starbucks are filled with folks in their computers...
