This is the second time that I go to chipotle where I have an issue and customer service says they’re not able to resolve it. The first time I ended up with a lot of hair in my food. I got in contact with customer service. They requested pictures proof of purchase I sent in everything and I’m still told me they could do nothing about it. Fast-forward to about a week or so ago, I go in order Two Bowls, spent about 45+ dollars there was refused A receipt, contacted Customer service answered everyone of their questions and was met with the following response…
“ Thank you for reaching out. We’re always looking to make things right. Thanks for your feedback. We are continually working on making your chipotle orders as simple as possible and sometimes technology fails us. We will look into this to try to prevent it from happening again so that you can enjoy a delicious meal with less hassle next time. Your feedback will be accessible to our restaurant team and field leaders to review to prevent this issue from happening again.”

Read moreSo I have a complaint. I heard an employee tell a new employee not to give so much meat, just give one spoon. Today, I paid for 3x chicken because the guy gave me half a spoon when I asked for double meat...🤬 This bothered me because I have already been having problems with portions with this location. Lately, it's been new employees and shorter women. New employees because they are scared to give. Shorter women because they fix the bowl or burrito like they would fix it for themselves, small portions. This is a problem because people like me think about customer service. With customer service, you service the people like you want them to come back. So it's a good idea to give. I do understand portions control for inventory reasons. But what use is the inventory when you do have the same people coming back to eat it. I know I don't go as much because of the portions. I am not satisfied. I don't go to places where I am not satisfied. Please train your employees correctly, if your skimpy you will business,...
Read moreOk, so I was last at this location around when it opened and I knew there was a reason I never went back. The parking lot! The ridiculousness with this parking lot is just out of control. They put a jack in the box drive thru, Starbucks drive thru, domino's pizza and a Chipotle all in a spot that at one time could barely accommodate the Jack in the Box much less all of these together WITHOUT expanding the lot for all the cars. Its absolutely dangerous and then you have people running all over the place to get into these places (because evidently they are all on the verge of starving) and they walk out into the driveways or just randomly all over. It's a true mess and I will not be back because of that alone. Now on to the Chipotle. Subpar. They boast about fresh and really I would say my romaine was on point other than that the corn was flavorless, the brown rice had hard pieces so it was either under or over cooked and I suppose the black beans were just neutral - not bad, not good. Very disappointed and...
