WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Lancaster

While I always enjoyed waba grill, and I still do, there is one thing it lead me to return less. My favorite is the chicken bowl. I love waba's chicken bowl. But I noticed I get less and less chicken whenever I order it. Last time I went to Lancaster's waba grill and ordered the chicken bowl, I barely got any chicken. Instead, it was almost a bowl of pure rice bowl. Prior to my last return, I ordered the chicken bowl with Extra chicken, paid the premium price, and the amount of chicken as very identical to what I normally get when ordering the chicken bowl with the regular amount of chicken. I went to a different waba bowl in a different location and ordered with extra chicken and the bowl had so much chicken, you'd have a hard time putting the lid securely shut. Please add the chicken to how it was before rather than barely putting any chicken at all. If you claim you put plenty if chicken, then you may need to bring this to your employees' attention. First time coming here, frankly I wasn’t sure what to have for lunch and I was feeling like something different. While the food was good, the price was just not there, I paid $27 for a bowl with chicken and beef (not steak), drink and 5 dumplings. Again!, the food was good, the dumplings were not nearly as cooked at the website shows (grill them more please!) and the meat wasn’t what the website shows either but it was okay (maybe I was just THAT hungry). However, not $27 worth, more like $20 worth, that would have been a fair price. For $27 I would have a good Mixed Yakisoba from Red Salmon and still have spare change for a drink, and left overs for the day after. This was my first and last time coming here! I originally wanted Yoshinoya but their online ordering wasn't working so my co worker suggested Waba . .i ordered a plate thinking it was going to be big enough to eat some for lunch and save the rest for later especially for the price ! On my order i asked for the hot sauce. Once i sit to eat i saw they only put 1 packet of hot sauce im thinking this definitely is not going to be enough . . To my surprise IT WAS the portion of the plate was so small I probably would have gotten more food from the bowl! Like it's a to go container that has sections one half is the rice and meat and the other half lettuce and an orange! 😑 the taste of the food was eh not bad but not great!
