My assignment was to download the blaze app and place an order and rate it from the app to the service to the pick up.They spent some money on this app. It was very professionally prepared and user friendly as well as quick! Said to pick up order after 6:44pm but I went in 5 minutes early to observe. Of course all the employees had masks on and the dining area was of course to the standard emergency specs. I approached the pick up counter as instructed by the app then announced my name and paid online and I was redirected by a new employee over to the register where I had to then step back out of courtesy for a customer that was moving forward from order line but then she was asked to leave for not wearing a mask after she advanced all the way through the order line to register! so I returned to register and asked if my online order was ready and received a rude tone of voice and statement from what appeared to be the youngest female portly with short hair employee there. Now 6 people entered and went directly to pick up line she said sternly can you just give us a few minutes??!! I said sure but my app was ticking down for a free drink that was offered so a young man tried to help but failed. Manager came to assist but timer ran out.shortly after the apologetic statement from her I received my pizza and exited the door at 6:59pm. I was inside a total of 20 minutes of what was koas of lost orders and people piled up closer than 6 feet trying to get their orders. I guess first time experiences are a major factor for some individuals to be a return customer they are as for me!! I deleted the app never to return there again.I did not see name tags otherwise I would have Taken down names.Words of advice if you decide to try this service. Do not go in early and be prepared to be treated like a second rate citizen by a bunch of young teenage employees! If you go in here Just be prepared for the experience you will find a bunch of untrained employees just trying to get through the day or the moment for that fact.Although the pizza was prepared correctly it was very cold. This does not match up to the definition of blaze hot pizza.I have had hotter pizza delivered to me from Roundtable Pizza which is almost 20 minutes from my house I’ll just stick to them.I have been a secret shopper for over 25 years never ever quite had the bad experience that I had here!!!first time customer and last time customer. Sorry I guess there has to be one bad review out there for every place but I’ve never given a review lower...
Read moreNot a fan of this location Lancaster to be exact! I’ll call them the “mean girls” and the I better not say nothing “guys” even if I’m responsible for the misunderstanding or Big Mama will get us!! this is the second time I’ve been to this location and I tried to give it a second chance by revisiting, the first time the atmosphere non-pleasant unfriendly and icy cold.. today February 28, 2025 double worse like I said above mean girls atmosphere, The guy that was there he was OK at first but he pretty much left me out to dry, when he rang me up my total was $10 and change I realized I left my wallet in the car my son and I went to retrieve it, when I returned to pay, instead of the guy that originally rang me up he left the register. It took me less than two minutes to get back and it was several other employees there. Big Mama rang me up and the price was 7 to 9 dollars different from my understanding was a simple pie.. I don’t eat here, My small child eats here occasionally because of the vegan pie. long story short my son was upset both times it was remade and then we had to come back for a refund because the mean girls had an attitude and gave my small son a cold pie the only thing that was cooked was the cheese, and it was A very thin amount of cheese to begin with, The sauce was cold to the touch all the way through, they knew that pie was for my small son and yet they do this to a child!! how nasty and rude This Place/restaurant is Not customer service driven!! something that could have been a simple fix, turn out not so simple, for a simple pie…🤔😒 sad but true I guess this is just becoming the norm for...
Read moreUsually I love coming to Blaze. The employees they have now don't really care for the customer. I ordered my build your own pizza. They put it in the oven and I asked for a well done pizza, which takes a little longer. I'm completely fine with that. This is where the 1 star happens. I get to the register, the young lady wants to go home, she starts to close out her register. Now I was thinking that 1 of the 4 other employees would ring me up on the other register. Nope. I stood there so long my pizza was done cooking, cut, put in the box, and sat under the heat lamp for an additional 8 minutes before a young man comes out the back to ring me up. Not an apology, free drink for wasting my time. Just excuses to why my time wasn't valued by this crew. I will think long and hard about visiting this location again. I am a restaurant owner myself. My managers and employees know that the customer is always the priority. Nothing trumps that. This was the first time in any Blaze Pizza I've been to, that my time wasn't valued. I was late picking up my children from school for this. Shame on you Blaze for not prioritizing the customer...
