REVISION 01/03/2020 (COLD FRIES)!!! *Review Downgraded- My 1st experience here resulted with a complaint to the Mgr., for being served COLD FRIES! My 2nd experience resulted in filing a formal complaint to Corporate for COLD FRIES. After being rebated by Corporate with a free meal, my experience seemed to of been corrected, but it was short lived. I take my family here once a month, since the grand opening. The last 3 months have resulted in COLD FRIES!!! I will be filing a 2nd Formal Complaint for repetitive COLD FRIES!! WHY The Habit doesn't use heat lamps because they say they cook fries per order, BUT THEY DON'T COOK PER ORDER!

Initial/Original Review: Outstanding an excellent choice of hamburgers, charbroiled over an open flame and Grill. The Habit has reasonably priced hamburgers of numerous customized types. Prices are very reasonable approximately $5 for a double Charburger. Meal deal for $8 cannot be beat for the quality and size of the meal. In-N-Out has some serious competition as well as every Burger Grill in Lancaster and Palmdale. French fries are great; much better than the little pieces one gets at In-N-Out, these days. I will never eat at McDonald's again; which is located right down the street. Onion rings are outstanding and make me wonder if these are from "Vidalia" Georgia i.e. onions. Onions are sweet and the breading is perfectly fried. Habit lived up to and exceeded my expectations thank you for a wonderful meal. Best hamburgers in town...

My boyfriend and I stopped in just before 5pm and the place was DEAD. I got a lettuce wrapped Double char and my boyfriend got a double char on sourdough with no onions and no mayo. Our order comes up, I thought my food was fine from the outside. My boyfriend’s burger had onions AND mayo on it, so he takes it back to the counter to have it remade; they give him the second one which STILL HAS ONIONS AND NOW 1 PATTY…..the manager Alexa is the most arrogant, condescending high school dropout that’s ever managed. She must be dating someone else in management because honestly she talked like a valley girl and was absolutely annoyed AT THE CUSTOMER and the fact that my boyfriend caught their mistakes and actually called them out. She refused to give any refund and refused to offer any credit at all. She spent about 10 minutes in the back printing a refund request and snotily handed it to my boyfriend. Now I finally bite into MY burger because all looked well from the outside…joke was on me, they completely destroyed my burger and hid it in the wrapping so I wouldn’t know until I bit into it. Tasted like rancid char if you can even imagine…ended up going to their local competitor that ALWAYS...

Buyers beware. Just bought two salads from this place one super food and one ceszar. I should of known that something was going to be wrong with the items. I specifically ask the guy at the drive thru was everything in the bag he confidently said yes. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and trust their reasoning but this right here I'm so disappointed.

So when I get home I open up the bag that the food came in the lids was not place securely on the bowls there was only one dressing in one of the bowls and the other bowl didn't look like a $9 salad as it would usually and the the dressing wasn't in there either. So thankfully I had the bag secure or everything probably would tumble out onto my car floor. So the second strike was when I began eating my salad which is the super food salad few bites in I noticed that the chicken was raw I'm mean completely.

My son tried his and yes so was his. Now I feel very disrespected and I believe I was racially profile. People please don't support this establishment..or if you do please go inside to see whose making the food and apply more time for your food to be...
