I recommend you go ANY place other than this location. The signage at the drivethru was in need of service and so far they haven't gotten my order right the 3 times i have been to this location. So they are lacking in leadership and service is suffering because of it. Today: I asked at the drive through if the "chocolate croissants" was still available. The reply i received was "yeah we have those" i said perfect ok i will take an order of the chocolate croissants, i was asked if i wanted that in a combo? I said chocolate croissants come as a combo.. What's it come with? The reply was "your choice of fries and an orange juice" i said that's an odd pairing, i think im good with just the chocolate croissants alone please. Ok, that will be $4.62 at the window please... I pull up, pay exact change, im handed a bag by someone else and asked to wait for my receipt. So i set the bag down, a minute later im handed a receipt and i pull out to grab gas before i head back home. After getting fuel i look in the bag to see a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. I don't even eat eggs! So i drive back the 2 or 3 miles and i walk in to return what im guessing is someone else's order.. After a brief wait, I was told they don't have them anymore, so i said oh, umm i don't eat eggs, i would have never ordered this, i did ask and mentioned chocolate croissants a few times.. Umm, no biggie, ummm i guess can i get an order of the churros instead? Yeah sure, he then rings me up and is like the total is... I was like uhhh, ok, never mind, have a nice day and i walked out. So far they have never corrected any mistakes, so i wont ever return here and i recommend you keep driving, there's a nice taco bell and some other fast food restaurants...
Read moreMy family and I went through the drive-through about 9pm. After a long day, tired and getting home late we decided to go to Jack in The Box. My husband was asking about the pricing on an item and all we received was a bad attitude. The girl/woman taking orders in the drive-through raised her voice at us and in a frustrating tone as well. I wanted to talk back at her but was able to keep my composure. At the end of it all we decided to go somewhere else. I wasnt about to pay someone for bad customer service. Before we left though I went inside and spoke to management. To my surprise her attitude wasn't much different from the woman taking orders in the drive-through. I told her that's not how you treat customers and that the price was not the problem, it was the way we were treated. And as manager she should know better as well. But how can you expect other employees to have good customer service when even management doesn't know what to do. Dont pay for bad customer service. This is not the only Jack in the box or fast food restaurant. I really do hope they do something about this. But I will definitely not be visiting this Jack in...
Read moreI UberEats June 28th around 1020p and when you select popcorn chicken it only lets you choose some good good dipping sauce. I had to click onion rings and then a sauce option for onion rings. Once I selected the one sauce for onion rings the other sauces grayed out. Therefore I was unable to get the two sauce I wanted for my popcorn chicken through the side dish sauce selection. So I searched where I could buy extra dipping sauce and there was no options on the ubereats Jack in the box menu. I hit help and Uber said to call restaurant. I called and the lady who picked up said I chose honey mustard and could have chosen more on app for purchase. I told her there was no option to purchase more. She claimed there was options to purchase them. She said she would notify someone of what I mentioned but I doubt she did. Hopefully my review gets read and the menu can be updated so people have the option to pay for the sauces they like.
