The one time I made an order and had some of their food it was fine. Nothing to write home about. Since then I've called twice on Fridays wanting to try the Godfather that is only available Fridays and was told they were out of them. The first time was early dinner time (5:30) so ok, you're out of your Friday special before dinner hours really get rolling but today at 1:20 PM I was informed they had run out by 12:15! That's 75 minutes after they opened! Ridiculous! You don't have enough ingredients for your weekly special to last through lunch, let alone dinner?? I don't know who owns this place but they are obviously not that interested in success! The person on the phone doesn't seem to care or try to sell you another type of hoagie. Tried this place twice in a row since the food was good and the price was right, the 2nd time I went there I ordered a club and asked if they could only heat up the bacon, they of course said that was fine and when it came time to put fixings onnthe sandwich another girl was in charge of that so I politely mentioned the bacon in the microwave upon which she glared at me and repeated "what else on your sandwich loudly" as I tried to explain I wanted the bacon on first and touching the other meat she mouthed off and stormed to the back, the "manager" took over finishing the sandwich and was equally short and snappy with me, extremely disappointed with the attitude and manners of the staff. The girl was allegedly named Julissa or something like that.. apparently having preferences about how your own sandwich is made just doesn't fly...

Subs are better than average. Meats are sliced fresh and the breads are freshly baked. However, I didn't like the texture of the wheat bread. There are a lot of fresh toppings like spinach, cucumber, olives, bell pepper, marinated banana peppers, and the other regular toppings ( tomatoes, pickles, onions, lettuce, oil and vinegar, etc) to choose from with a side choice of soup, chili, or chips. (Miss Vicki's chips is an option). The service is quick and the customer service is good. I had a 4" steak and bacon sub with chips and a drink (really sweet tea) for $7.91.
