Used the Jaci in the Box app before driving to this establishment. In the past this location had it good days and bad. But I have too say I was super surprised after trying the app as to how smooth everything went. I placed or orders and applied a digital coupon to the total. They include several meal deals or they offer discounts on certain things. I was also able to edit and add more things as long as I hadn't submitted payment yet. After the food was calculated and my discount was applied all I had to do was everything my form of payment. I usually don't like to do that either because it usually NEVER works. But I decided to give it a try at least once. After approving my payment the app gave me my order# along with my receipt and instructions on what to do when I got to the drive thru. My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru and when the employee asked what we wanted to order we just informed her that we had an order for Katrina for pickup through drive-thru. She said ok, please drive up to the second windier. We drove up and at first was told the incorrect order, but that was because she just had the next persons order, who was behind us, l their order. We told her, that no we are the app order. She said oh yeah, turned around took about 15 seconds and brought us a nicely packed brown paperbag with our order and the we asked for some condiments and that was it!! The food was still hot, our order was completely correct... Nothing was missing or damaged. And of course the best thing off all. We saved so much time. It worked flawlessly. I recommend you try it at least once. I hope if you do you have the same experience we...
Read moreI recently went through the drive-thru at Jack in the Box after checking prices on the app, only to find that the prices at the store were different. I understand that sometimes there are discrepancies between online and in-store prices, but the way this was explained to me by Jennifer, the drive-thru attendant, was completely unprofessional. Her attitude came off as rude and condescending, making what could have been a simple explanation feel like a frustrating experience.
When I politely asked to speak with a manager, the assistant store manager came to the window and was at least respectful and apologized for the confusion. I appreciated her professionalism. All Jennifer had to do was explain the situation with a bit more courtesy and perhaps offer a quick apology—customers don’t always understand pricing differences, and a little kindness can go a long way.
I left feeling disappointed, not because of the price difference, but because of the poor customer service. It’s important to treat customers with respect, especially when they are being polite and simply trying to understand something. Hopefully, this can be addressed, as customer service should never leave someone feeling like...
Read moreThe woman at the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and while the menu says items are available all day very few actually were. When I placed my order she told me that she was closing her register in 4 minutes. when I said I thought they open 24 hours she said they are but she had to close her register down and so I quickly ordered the few things that they had available that were acceptable, paid and left. I have been there a few other times and the people were nice but that night it was an awful experience. Had I known I would have chosen a different location or a different fast food place. I barely ate the food because I thought she probably spit in it. The person behind me in the Drive-Thru was as angry as me and started honking at me and I don't think they ordered since they left faster than I did and didn't stop...
