Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Landover Hills

I placed an order to try the big New Yorker. Well I didn't know that pizza hut started using doordash as a delivery service well doordash driver Michael A. did not follow my specific instructions to knock on my apartment door and wait for me to answer the door with my order instead he came into my apartment building and dropped it off in the lobby so he said. my building has over 100 apartments in it so who thinks somebody is going to come to the lobby and pick up food after you have left the building and left it unattended?anybody could have done anything or taken the food. I'm assuming somebody took the food because I did not go down there to look gor it. I recommend that you don't order from Pizza Hut on Annapolis Rd in Landover Hills MD or if your area restaurant is using doordash as delivery people. I have not gotten a refund I tried to call the specific Pizza Hut location on Annapolis Road in Landover Hills MD and could not reach a live person at the store I kept getting sent over to a customer service line where somebody was answering the phone out of Texas Pizza Hut you need to do better and get it together or be specific if you want your customer to come down to the car to pick up the orders that should be stated when the orders are placed online or on the phone if I had known that was what they were going to do I would have ordered from...

I have not ordered here in a while because the customer service sucks, the pizza is just not edible and experience with this place is just down right the worst. The last time that i have ordered from this place, I used an online coupon and called the store to verify it. Apparently the managers and associates have NO CLUE of their online deals or how to work a computer, with that being said the manager was very unprofessional and nasty. If she did not want to work in fast food she should have chose another career. needless to say they did not get my hard earned money and never will.

A Little FYI/ADVICE: If you are going to make and sell pizza, please make sure the cheese has melted and the pizza is at least hot (NOT COLD) before employees and superiors decide they want to give the people who are responsible for your paycheck an attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would, these people had me waiting a full hour and a half for my order. I placed an online order that said that it was gonna be ready in 10-20 min so I came 30 min after I placed the order to give them some more time. When I got here they told me it still wasn’t ready I asked the cashier how much longer she told me 20 more minutes so I waited 20 more minutes, when I come inside I ask if it’s done and she tells me it’s not ready yet I ask how much longer and she says another 20 mins come to find out they hadn’t even put it in the oven at that point.
