On Saturday, December 4, 2021 I went to get my truck washed as I have the past few months since I HAD a monthly membership. This particular day I got out my truck to throw away trash before they started vacuuming. As I walked to the trash can, I stepped on a very large sharp plastic object that went through my shoe. It hurt so bad that I wasn't sure if it cut me. I immediately limped to my truck, removed my shoe and sock and used hand sanitizer to wipe the area on my foot that was in pain to make sure it didn't get punctured. Thank goodness it didn't pierce my skin. I showed one the workers the object and he immediately picked it up and moved it. I went inside to let the employee behind the counter know and she just said sorry and thanks for letting her know. A retired nurse heard me and told me that I needed to get documentation from them and fill out a incident report. When I asked the employee for an incident report form, she told me that they don't have forms for incident. I then said, "don't you have a form if an employee needs to file an incident report?" and her response was no. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Low and behold the supervisor had no clue so they called the owner. The owner tells the employee behind the counter not to let me provide anything in writing, that it isn't their trash that I stepped on and that I had to call 911 to file a report but yet the incident happened on their property. I explained to the employee that I have seen other employees just throw trash out of customer's vehicles before they begin to vacuum. The employee comes from behind the counter as I continue to explain my position. She understood where I was coming from, stated the owner nor supervisor are ever there and she suggested I call 911 as well. I called the non-emergency line to report and an officer came out but told me he couldn't take a police report since it was a police matter. I went to the car wash on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't packed but it wasn't empty. My car hasn't gotten a cleaning in a long time so it needed to be vacuumed. I paid for the tire dressing as well. Well i go inside to pay for my wash and some air fresheners (the attendant inside didn’t even greet me or smile or even speak - i speak both English and Spanish and greeted her in Spanish and she just looked at me) and i see my car being washed not even two minutes after going inside. I was with friends so i wasn't really paying attention , even tipped the guys thinking they did they're job... BOY WAS I A FOOL! For starters , no one did my tires, i asked the guy who did a half a** job of wiping my windows off if the tires were done, he asked another guy who said something in Spanish in an angry tone and spit on the floor in my direction, i told my brother and his friend for us to just leave because i wasn’t happy with how i was Being treated and that i just wouldn’t come here anymore. I pulled over to the Pep Boys to put new air fresheners up. What did i find? My car wasn't vacuumed , the center console wasn't wiped down. I had ashes i accidentally spilled over in my car and it was there still inside of the cup holders. I have attached photos . Save your money. Do it yourself even, they will no longer receive my money, I've had it with the terrible halfass jobs and customer service. Firstly, I paid for a service that wasn't properly delivered. I specifically requested for my mats to be cleaned, but to my surprise, they were left untouched. This not only reflects a lack of attention to detail but also a disregard for customer requests and satisfaction.
Secondly, I noticed that the cleaning crew seemed to prioritize customers who had paid for the tire cleaning service. This left me feeling neglected and undervalued. Everyone should receive equal attention and service, regardless of what they've paid for.
Moreover, the place lacks effective management, which was evident when a vehicle accident happened on the premises. The management failed to take responsibility or handle the situation appropriately, which further demonstrates their lack of professionalism and accountability.
The organization of the facility is chaotic. The logistics of exiting are poorly planned and confusing, which not only causes inconvenience but could potentially lead to accidents, as experienced by others today.
I decided to give this place a second chance, hoping my initial negative experience was an outlier. However, the same issues persisted, leaving me no choice but to not return.
