To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally express my frustration with the poor service I received at your establishment.
On my recent visit, I waited in line for 12 minutes while the staff prioritized packing online orders. I remained patient throughout. Once I finally reached the counter, I was still not immediately helped. The staff member eventually took my order and set my food aside, but I continued waiting along with at least five other customers whose food was already prepared for a team member named Paul to pack more online orders.
After he finished packing another order, instead of helping the waiting customers, Paul proceeded to grab a handful of chicken breast and before he began cutting it up. At this point, I had been waiting in line for over 25 minutes. I politely asked Paul, “Sir, can we please be checked out?” and his response was rude and completely unprofessional. He made a nasty remark, essentially telling me I could take my business elsewhere.
I left without my food due to the disrespectful treatment and the excessive wait. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

He react rude and loud if someone ask him anything about the food, if customer don’t know. Other day an old man can’t speak English came in the store and the customer was having problem to explain and john behave so bad and didn’t take the person. And all people try to take him away so quick. Other day I went there for food, I ask something about food, then he become so loud dramatically. Later a customer explain me how is the food. Read moredo not order from this place. the service is terrible. i placed an order online 5/26/21 and tried to get a hold of the restaurant on the phone to fix an address error with the order. for an ENTIRE HOUR they ignored the phone. even with me trying to call from 4 different phone numbers sometimes at the same time. eventually i get a call from a delivery driver saying the address was undeliverable and that it was taken back to the restaurant. as of 5/26/21 STILL cant get anyone to answer the phone and when it sounds like someone is picking up the phone it disconnects like they are hanging up. thankfully there is atleast 1 online contact available on their website so i finally got a refund but lack of live chat, a corporate number, or managers who actually make employees do their joband answer the phone this place is forever off my list of restaurants to enjoy. wish i could...
