Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lanett

Waited over an hour for my order to be delivered. Driver dropped the cheesy bread in the rain puddle on the porch and still handed it to me. Food was cold by the time it got here. Driver said he was sure if I called I'd get something for free. I don't want free, I wanted the order right, on time, and not wet from being dropped in rain.Was hung up on when I called and explained about my dissatisfaction and asked for the corporate number. Called back and asked that the driver come pick everything up and refund my money. Domino's just lost a loyal customer.

Called to find out where the driver is so I can get my money back and they can get the entire order back. Almost 2 hours after being told he was returning to correct this mess. The girl put me on hold to check. She informed me the manager said I will have to bring everything back to their store in order to get a refund. I do not live down here but I do work here every weekend. This was not only an inconvenience to me but also the gentleman I care for. I told her no one would eat food after it got dropped in the rain and was wet and she agreed. There is no one at their location when I get off work at 7 a.m. and I'm not able to wait around until they open and then drive...

the food is fine sometimes, but i also get dried sauce, hard crust, and flat soda. i’ve normally never had a real bad experience, but this time, is the last time i will order from here. i called in around 8ish, pushing 9, and was on the phone for 15 minutes talking to someone who doesn’t even take orders, he was a driver. that didn’t bother me as much as the fact that he told me “52-62 minutes” for a small order.... but what really got me going was the fact that 3 HOURS Later i still hadn’t received my delivery. so i called back. and the other man, a much more understanding, reasonable man, told me that they could either put the money we paid on credit, or remake the order. we had the order remade. but he also said that the man before who took the order tried calling back. he did not. i don’t just miss phone calls, i’ve never missed a phone call, and that’s that. my phone won’t shut up until...

I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here... so glad I didn't read them before I called them! I live in Lanett and go to church in Lagrange, so we decided to call to order pizza on our way home. The gentleman a swerved the phone promptly, told me all the specials, and was very courteous as he took our order. 15 minutes later, we pulled up to the store, and our pizza was hot, ready, and just as we ordered it. There were only two employees there, and they did have employment applications on the counter. This is the first time I have ordered from this location, but the pizza was very good, and I had no problems. I notice most of the bad reviews are 6 months to a year old, which was at the height of COVID, and we all know how difficult it was to get anyone to work during that time. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away, give them a chance. My experience...
