My 4-yr old and I just had a great experience here. His cotton candy water ice (not usually a favorite of mine!) was actually pretty good. And my chocolate and pumpkin soft serves were very good. Like most ice cream stands the problem is not the ice cream, it's the exorbitant amount of money they charge! Use solely for a special treat, other go to your favorite supermarket where you buy 2 /1.5 quarts for $5 depending on which one is on sale that week. If you must have a cone, they sell them too. I can wolf down 1/2 quarts of ice in a heartbeat, no cone needed, yum Bottom line, you can purchase 2 / 1 /2 quarts for the price of 1...

I usually write fairly long reviews of ice cream places, but this ice cream just isn't good enough for that. Two of the three flavors we tried were icy, and the non-icy flavor (vanilla peanut butter) was weak in flavor. Pretty large portions, but I didn't finish mine, so that didn't matter to me much.

It tasted like supermarket house brand ice cream out of a carton, and that's just too low a grade for me...
