A terrible experience. From the beginning, i could barely understand over the speaker, and nothing appeared on the screen, leaving me to wonder if they received my order. At window, I displayed discount code from app. The window attendant leaned in and read it, but never applied it. She said nothing as she took my card and then handed it back without advising me of new total. I received my order with no receipt. I asked if discount was applied and they had the gall to tell me I had to say so at the speaker. Are you kidding me? The speaker and screen were barely adequate, with the screen not working at all, and the attendant read the discount when i displayed it. Why do that unless you’re going to pretend to apply the discount. They actually expected me to accept that. When I demanded the discount, they were all lost, eventually just opening th drawer and giving me 4 dollars in cash, which was more than the discount. Not to mention, I paid with a card. Then they had the continued gall to tell me to announce it at the speaker. No other fast food place does such a thing. They all discount at window. Shady, shady, shady. Thus isn’t my first bad experience here, either. Last time, they did not complete half my order and i was on way to airport. I had to get a refund a week later. Even then, they were skeptical. When I mentioned it to others, they said that was typical from the Lansdale restaurant....
Read moreOne of the fast-food chains I've experienced over the years. I always order myself a original crispy chicken sandwhich with medium fries and a large soda. It's one of their best meals on the menu. Although it's sometimes hard to find a parking when Burger King is busy, I don't mind. The lady on the drive-thru sometimes messes up my order and I don't get what I wanted. For breakfast, the Pancakes are soggy and I'm not a big fan of Burger King's breakfast menu. Sometimes the cashier tries to make me pay more than usual and I don't really like that. When I order a whopper WITHOUT cheese, it always comes with cheese when I double-check my burger. Their computers that they have are full of bacteria, soggy mouse and keyboard, and the computers are really old. It's actually disgusting when I see someone eating a Burger King meal along by typing and moving the mouse on the computer. Wi-fi is strong and good. Their kid meals are full of delight and joy. Read moreOmg the line was out the door and they had a new guy on the front register and he kept ringing up double orders and was not getting the combos correct. But it was the manger on duty that u just wanted to strangle He kept hollering at the crew members in the kitchen to hurry up and he kept getting louder and louder. The guest that were in line started to voice ther displeasure of the way he was treating the crew I ordered 2 combos and it took me 19 mins to get my food ..i got 2 additional onion rings and a shake the shake was melted due to it sitting on the counter. My food was cold and the fries were shot i tried to go back inside but again the service was so slow i was gonna be late for getting back to work.
