First of all thank you to the manager for helping me finish my order online on my phone. I was planning on bringing it home to eat but I took so long in the parking lot trying to figure my order out that I went in to ask for help. While I was waiting for my order I want to share an experience that actually ruined my day. As I sit and wait in a booth I noticed that young lady who happened to be Hadley was cleaning the tables.(Name tag) I was observing her clean off all the seats first. Where people sit with their dirty butts, there's sweaty butts, I think you get my drift. I definitely was observing to see what she was going to do with that rag. She did exactly what I thought she might, Hadley proceeded to clean the top of the tables without changing the cleaning rag or disinfecting the rag. She went from cleaning the seats to wiping the top of the tables. I guess they call that sanitizing.😳 I continue to observe but I couldn't take it anymore. So I kindly walked up to Hadley and told her nicely that she needed to clean the table tops first. Not the seats for people's butts have been sitting because they are dirty. You cannot clean the tables after you've cleaned the dirty seats etc. While I am talking she continues to clean the table, smearing the nasty dirty rag all over the table. I told her it be best to stop wiping the table with that dirty rag and get a clean one to clean the table again because it was butt dirty. Hadley looked at me and told me "Don't tell me how to do my job!" I told her I was trying to help her out because that was Not the proper way to sanitize the table with the butt rag she cleaned the stools with. She kept cleaning like I wasn't even there and yelled at me, "I clean how I want!" I went to the front counter to ask for the manager. The manager who had helped me earlier was very nice especially when I explain to her how Hadley had responded. She assured me that they rinse their towels/rags between seats and tables and disinfect. I told her that is not what I observed Hadley doing and that she never disinfected the cleaning towel while she was cleaning the tables and chairs. The manager said that Hadley was very young and I won't tell you what else she said about Hayley but it was not very nice. Personally she feels that way about her why is she even working there? On the way back to my table I walked by Hadley. I mentioned she needed to be careful with her cleaning because it could be the health department or even a secret shopper at the restaurant. I told her I was a top contributor to Google and she did not want a bad review for her restaurant. Hadley what's ver rude and in a very condescending tone said "I don't care who you are! I'll do what I want to do!" Hadley was talking loud as she continued wiping a second table with the same nasty butt rag. I told her nicely all I was doing was trying to help. Just then I heard someone from behind the hot food counter call Hadley to get some paper work done. I know they didn't like her manner of speaking to me or her attitude, at least I hope they didn't. I think management was correct in pulling her off cleaning duty. As I gathered my food I saw a young lady come and replace Hadley. Hadley was about 19 years old. A very RUDE young person. I had planned to eat inside but after that it ruined my appetite. So if you eat here you might want to carry sanitary wipes and clean your own table. You never know if Hadley is on butt rag cleaning duty that day. Just saying! A couple pictures posted of the area she was wiping down. You can...
Read moreOkay, so I decided to try Panda Express for the first time. I ordered online through the app---easy and I got a first time discount. I picked up my food through the drive-through--easy and the employees were super nice. I ordered a "bigger plate" that included 1 side and three entrees for variety so I could try it. The entrees I ordered came with super greens--the picture showed broccoli (NOTHING ELSE) and got mostly cabbage pieces that were WHITE, maybe 5 small pieces of broccoli and a few tiny pieces of Kale, I believe. It was mostly cabbage, which I didn't eat. How is white cabbage considered "GREENS?" The entrees included a SMALL 8 oz tiny box of Kung Pao Chicken that had EIGHT GIANT (3 inches long!!!) red chili peppers with it. Seriously? I love spicy, but EIGHT in such a small portion??!!! So, I ended up having ONLY about 5 bites of Kung Pao Chicken, and it tasted burned. 2nd entree was Honey Walnut Shrimp. It was good, but there were maybe 4 tiny pieces of walnut, not even full walnuts. 3rd entree was Orange chicken that was decent except that it says it's spicy and it is NOT. I also got two chicken egg rolls. They were okay, but I was trying to figure out what made it taste slippery---not greasy, but something was off. I also ordered a small order of fried rice----blech! It had absolutely NO FLAVOR at all! I paid around $18.00 for all this. The leftovers weren't worth saving; in the trash they went. I hate wasting food, but it wasn't worth saving. I won't...
Read moreI did an online order, there wasn’t a line in the drive through… one person. So when I got up to the speaker… I was told it wasn’t ready. Okay, I’ll just wait in the line. They said I could drive around or come in? I usually just wait my turn in line….so I went inside… waited in the walk in line… explained the situation and they were rude? Said that’s how it works… that they were busy. I totally understand, I waited in both lines to be serviced… they acted like I asked the whole world just to act like I was a walk in? It was just an odd and weird experience? Just put me in the line when you’re servicing WALK INS? Left the same time as someone who was a walk-in? When the manager asked if I was taken care of, employees spoke over me to respond.
I totally understand the service industry, and normally I’m not one to complain when it’s fast food.
So heads up, just walk in and never mention using their handy app. Also got home and I have 1.5 pieces of meat. Honestly. Changing this review...
