Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lansing

I've been coming here pretty often since you opened and never had much of a problem with the professionalism of the employees orders have been messed up somewhat frequently but always have had nice people working lately there's a lady that works the drive-thru during the day she's not very nice she doesn't seem like she likes being there there's no smile no greeting and a pretty big hint of attitude. Today I pulled to the drive-thru with no cars in the Drive-Thru they're automated prompt goes off and then I sat there for at least 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged I even said hello twice and was just ignored I get to the window pay for my food it just kind of seemed like nobody knew what was going on up in there again no smiles no greeting nothing kind of just a mundane transaction. Ok whatever no big deal . I get home and the burrito I ordered is completely wrong not even the same burrito I ordered I give the place a call the phone rings I don't know 9 10 times it's finally answered and swiftly hung up so I drive back up there I go inside and I stand there for 5 minutes with everybody pretendeding like they didn't even see me. I wanted to yell load enough for everyone in the building to hear "what we all just gonna pretend I'm not standing here" but I didn't I stood there as everyone including that normal daytime drive-thru lady sees me and nobody says anything she continues wiping things down and walks away TWICE. finally only after a large family walks in does the guy making the food jump off the line and comes to find out what's wrong and now all of a sudden all these employees have the time to be out in the counter area to take my order come fill the sauces in the lobby. Now if someone asks for a certain food item with extra ingredients that don't even come on the item you rang up common sense should ring a bell that something isn't right here but I guess to each there own. I will tell you a smile or just an acknowledgment a simple hey can you you hold for a moment please would have went a long way and this review most likely would not...

This place never seems to get our full order correct. But tonight sealed the deal for me I will never go there again..before I even left the drive thru from picking up a mobile order I asked the person at the window if they made sure there wasn't any lettuce on my sons tacos he said idk I didnt make them so then I said can you find out becuz mind you food was 50$ and it was snowing tonight sso I knew I would be mad if I had to come back etc ...nope no ma'am no lettuce I decide I'm still gonna look Anyway cuz its always his tacos that are messed up how hard can it be to jus read the screen no lettuce and make..it's not so I have to dri e ack around drive thru cuz I pulled off..from there it jus got worse im not writing a book but they thought they were funny and I was rude but I wasn't rude until they were..I know sounds like I'm being a "karen". Im not i wasn't I jus will never go there again. It was that bad of an experience I had to wait for them to be remade of course they took there sweet time while I already had to wait behind the cars in front of me it still wasn't ready when my turn was up and all the rest of the food was cold and no one ate it.oh another thing had a ordered new chicken nuggets there was only 4 nuggets instead of 5 and they those I did eat im thinking those could be really good if they would have bee hot.. Last time I ever go to mlk taco bell and waste money again. I don't even like leaving this bad review but this literally happen everyother time my family wants taco bell and I would jus send a message on app be uz it happen everyother time.
