Burger King — Restaurant in Lansing

Stopped in to have dinner and see the new remolded building and the staff was friendly and the food was tasty but the inside of the lobby was so dirty. Not a single table cleaned, the pop station was disgusting with build up pop all over the place, floors were covered in trash and not a single employee let alone the manager cared when we commented on the uncleanliness of the lobby. I know its dinner time but come on who wants to sit in flith to eat. I am very sadden over this experience. I am a manager at a local fast food restaurant and no matter how busy we get we always make sure our restaurant is clean and welcoming for your guest. Very disappointed that Burger King spent all this money to remodel and the staff just don't care and told us that they didn't have the time to clean or it wasn't there priority to keep the place clean. Don't think I will go back to...

You know the real sad part about places like this??? They REFUSE to feed a child that works there but will feed a manager..... REFUSE to feed a kid, but will literally take fries, not the bad ones either and feed the ducks...... Some customers are already irritated about the ducks, I've seen customers try to hit them because they ALWAYS feed the ducks, especially before the employees.... This place is like a bad relationship with kids involved.... Feed the husband then the kids... Y'all are a sad corporation... Be ashamed and all the time.... Your store manager is a piece of work.... She treats kids like they're a threat to her humanity or something.... She targets them also .... I dare you, go talk to those kids on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon.... Ive had surprisingly good experiences at this location the workers are usually very friendly and helpful, Google asked me about my recent experience tho so here goes: I was craving a whopper for like days straight finally made it out there it was busy and drive through was slow but the lady was still really helpful with my coupon code. The lady at window wasn't as friendly as usual but I get it they were slammed. I get home and open my burger cause I like to arrange it and add any extra condiments and noticed the burger patty was like in pieces it looked like someone took it and clamped it in there fist and puzzle pieced it back together.... really weird. Sloppiness whopper I've ever had and it was hard to eat I didn't even finish it. Anyway that's my review. Hope no one dropped the patty on ground and they just used it...
