They would get a 0 star if I could so here's the 1st issue of many I ordered 4 mushrooms and my bf even heard me order 4 your cashier didn't listen and wanted to argue over her mistake the second mistake was the driver didn't care you could clearly tell she didn't 3rd food was cold and like I said missing stuff the 1 order of mushrooms I got even though I ordered 4 was mooshie and the night manager who I talked to after I gor told there was no manager there came at me with a attitude saying well she only charged unfor one and you agreed to it cause she re read the order no dude she didn't re read the order u didn't even want to take the food back your company messed up on totally i domt want free food ill just take the money back come ger your food and it was a close to 105.00 dollar order like your douch canoe attitude and the cashiers incompetence both caused a high paying customer to say nope on comeing back like your cashier lied tried to tell me that there was no manager and there was he got on the phone so yeaaaa your a lier to cause there was a manager there so now I'm going to call corperate and have them listen to the call cause it is recorded and I will be following up and what happens to this incident I will NEVER recommend this sad exscuess for...
Read moreCalled the Cedar St/Miller Rd location as it indicated it was open. Placed my order and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. Now I will admit that when I called the girl rattled off some type of location but I couldn't hear a word she said and why would I question it if I called the number we always call. I got to the Cedar location to find that it is closed for renovation. Welp, so I called the number and the guy said yes, they are forwarding all their calls to our North side location on Saginaw. I never got an apology at this point. We decided to still proceed and get our food as we had a hungry bunch of kids at home. (Mind you I am now driving 40 minutes round trip out of my way). When I get there to pick up I was again never given an apology even when I mentioned I just drove all the way from Holt, nor did the gal at the counter say thank you, etc. I get all the way home and our boneless wings are horrible. We could not even detect a drop of sauce on any of the 3 pounds of wings we ordered. They were absolutely gross, not to mention our fries were soggy (of course) after how long they sat there waiting for me to pick up and then drive all the way home. Read moreFirst time ordering pizza from happys since I've moved and it's not to far. Will stick with my normal pizza spots. Food took about a hour and a half to arrive right before the restaurant closed. Grabbed plates and sat down to find one pizza scrunched up on the side of the box like dude was carrying it like a football and both were barely warm basically cold pizza. With the restaurant closed there was no one to call and complain to. No way to return the food and no way to request a refund until the following day. The person I spoke to the next day asked why I didn't call and complain or return the food although the establishment was closed. Then I was told if I brought back 90% of the food I could get a refund. ( the same food I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver for waited a hour and a half and received cold scrunched up pizza.) he then agreed to give me a refund. A few days later when the transaction settled I found out the refund was never issued. So now I have to issue a charge back with the bank.
