To much grease, to the point that the bread becomes soggy. We ordered at the front and sat down at a table, food was brought to us. 7/10 Burnt Ends (Brisket): Burnt ends are supposed to have some fat, but these had a little too much for my preferences. The meat itself was quite good! 7/10 Pulled Pork: The pulled pork is pretty good too, still a little bummed that the bread became soggy. 5/10 BBQ Sauce: Not my favorite. I prefer a sweet and flavorful BBQ sauce, this one has a slightly spicy and deeper smokier flavor. Please keep in mind I am not a professional BBQ sauce taster, but I’d love to see an alternative sauce provided to accommodate different tastes. With a different BBQ sauce from Q39 and Joe’s, which I tried with leftovers, the meat was even better! 8/10 BBQ Beans: Very delicious! I recall being told there wasn’t meat in it, if so I’d love to see some meat added to it! Would love to see a Honey Mustard sauce! Biggest pain point for both meats was the pool of grease which made the experience of eating the meat not as enjoyable (orange grease in third photo).

First time here, had high hopes. Had burnt end sandwich, brisket, and fried pickles. Burnt ends ok, not getting a "low and slow" taste to it. Good chunk of meat with brisket, not very flavorful and the bbq sauce was ok; nothing great. My partner enjoyed the sauce. Went back a 2nd time. Ribs definitely best thing on the menu. Pulled pork sandwich much better than brisket IMO. I will go back for ribs or pulled-pork. She got the ribs, which I would suggest over anything else I had....still not outstanding. The special was Ribs tips, which I got later and hoped would rescue this review.......it didn't. I will definitely go back and try their chicken wings, which one of the patrons spoke highly about. 2.6/5 review of Low-n-slow (This place may be hit or miss) This makes me miss @wolfpackbbq in KC, I think I'll visit there Saturday

The turkey was the only good thing there. The bbq sandwich tatsed like they rinsed the meat off and the bun ended up super soggy. The bbq sauce tasted straight from a bottle I'd be very surprised if they rebuttal that they make it. The mac n cheese tasted like peppered flour. The fried pickles were overly salted. The fried okra was probably the best thing there. For me, the food wasn't really seasoned only heavily salted. The employees are very nice. The prices were REALLY GOOD. So for me even though I didn't like it at all and will never go back, it is worth trying to see if you do like it because when we were there you could tell there were regulars who do like it. So if you like milder/more bland food give it a try.

Had an event and ordered from these guys for carry out. Fantastic communication and the food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend you let these guys hook you up for a promotion, birthday, retirement party, or other special occasion.

Sides: The mac is a bit peppery, but I like it that way. The surprise hit were the beans which were wonderfully smokey and tender. The slaw was a bit sweet, but had a great crunch/

Meat: Brisket was awesome, not dry in the slightest. The smoke ring was impressive, but the bark wasn't crazy, but it was cooked to perfection.

Smoked pulled pork is often dry, but not here. It has fantastic bark but remained incredibly moist and succulent. Really impressed.

Pulled chicken was probably the weakest for smoke flavor and the white meats was a little dry, but it was a great vehicle for bbq sauce and wasn't tough or stringy as it sometimes can be.

Smoked sausage was the sleeper hit. The smoke ring on them was just draw dropping and the favor was top notch. If you want something off the menu that has the smokiest...

I can't say enough good things about Low N Slow! They provided the food for my 50th birthday party, and it was an absolute hit with all of my family and friends. The flavors were out of this world, and everyone was raving about the food all night long.

The brisket was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly tender, juicy, and packed with that smoky flavor that only true BBQ masters can achieve. It practically melted in your mouth. And the chicken? Wow! It was so flavorful and moist, with just the right balance of seasoning and smokiness. It left everyone going back for seconds (and thirds!).

I wrote a review last year bragging about the phenomenal food, and once again, you came through at a moment's notice. Low N Slow made the meal such a memorable part of the celebration, and I’m so grateful for their delicious contribution. If you're looking for top-notch BBQ, look no further. Highly recommended!

Thank you...
