Food was great, tasted like iHop! But the service was extremely choppy. I didn't mind that the guy that seated us was nervous - i was willing to help - but he promised to get us a high chair for my child, and instead i was left standing there in the isle holding my son in his heavy carseat, waiting. (Booths too narrow to put the carseat in.) Then a different waitress got it for me and suddenly she was serving us instead of the first waiter. Then a third waitress was bringing us paper and crayons for my kids to draw on -- which is kind, but no one communicated why they didn't bring my kids the MENU... we were hungry, we came to eat, not draw. It was a kind gesture but extremely bad timing. They were also ill prepared not having kid's menus all ready to go and printed for 9am diring Spring Break... I was feeding my baby from a glass baby food jar for the first time, and my baby accidentally broke the glass jar on the floor. It was my fault, i should have watched what he was grabbing. However, two waitresses walked RIGHT next to me as i picked up glass and didn't say a word... Annoyed, i stood, stopped the third one, and only then did she take notice of the BROKEN GLASS ALL OVER THE FLOOR... and then... she picked up the pile I'd collected, with her BEAR HANDS and dropped it... RIGHT after telling me she wasn't the one that was suppose to clean it, but the "clean up crew".

This one kinda hurts to write. The good up front: the food was actually excellent. Maybe we caught them on a bad day (the day before Veterans’ Day in 2023) but the wait was intolerable. There were five tables of people and one waitress. The weird thing is that she seemed to be moving a lot but nature of the delay wasn’t clear. She was apologetic which we appreciated but we couldn’t figure out why everything was so slow. The place was pretty dead. That aside, the staff was friendly and the facility itself was mostly clean. Restrooms were actively being cleaned when we got there so that was also a nice plus. Overall, despite the good food and nice server, the literal 63 minutes from sitting down to paying just wasn’t worth it. IHOP isn’t (and shouldn’t aspire to be) a Michelin Star restaurant where people wait outside in the cold to get in. IHOPs are great for predictable, solid breakfast grub without the wait associated with a high end place. It’s SUPPOSED to be low key—it’s not a bad thing! During this visit, though, the wait was definitely no in keeping with what one would normally expect.

Well since my last review here's a new my wife and I went to IHOP to eat and our son was with us I order and hamburger and it's funny with everything with it. The cook doesn't know on to put fresh lettuce or a good onion on a hamburger and plus the coffee was to weak and got money token off the meal for the lettuce being back but it should of been more you go in for a meal and this what you get on your burger. The cook needs to be train better. The waitress needs more customer service training instead of going to sit with her boyfriend or husband and talk and not check up on her customers more better

To much to write. Seated at a dirty table (the place was NOT busy). Employees to busy laughing and chatting to care for customers. Waiter got the orders wrong and then didn’t try and correct it nor give a discount. We waited forever for the food then the waiter apologized because he forgot to put in the order. We heard the table behind us complaining about how long they have been waiting for their food, and they were there before us. Our drinks were not refilled. The food was cold and burnt tasting when it finally came out. By the time the food came out I asked for a go box to take it home to eat it because it was getting late and we’d waited to long already. Seven minutes later we got the boxes. Asked to talk to a manager and he never came. So we went to find him and he was at the front. Told him (assistant manager) what all happened. He took off one of the orders on our check but acted like it was no big deal about all the happened. This was the third time we have been in to this specific IHOP since moving here three years ago. We’ve given it three tries in three years and EVERYTIME it’s been unprofessional and bad...we won’t be back unless it’s under new ownership because apparently the owners don’t care. Don’t waste your money going here because that’s exactly what...
