Don't usually complain, but I haven't eaten all day and was looking forward to the popeyes original chicken sandwich experience lol.. I got there- ordered 5 of these sandwiches, not only for me, but for my family too. I was told they would be ready in 5 mins and to park and wait. Which I was totally okay with. As I waited, time kept passing and I was getting antsy, because I was sooooo hungry lol. As I'm waiting I see a few cars got their order and drove away.. I even saw someone eating a chicken sandwich driving away!! I was still being hopeful though, that maybe it's not the workers fault or anything.. I waited about 15 mins and I saw two coworkers go outside on a break or whatever they were doing, but they were talking. So I went and saw what was taking so long and was apologized to and that the chicken just finished cooking and they will be making my sandwiches for me. I was okay with it and gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited again. About another 15 mins, I was bothered now and I went in for a refund, but right when I went in they came out with the sandwiches and told me they were finished. I decided I would take the sandwiches bc they were already done and I was nicely accommodated with another sandwich and biscuits. Despite all the waiting, I just wanted food to eat, so I didn't care. When I arrived home my family and I looked at our sandwiches and 4 of them were drenched in mayo, but 2 of them were normal. I don't know if it was done to be malicious or if the person didn't know what they were doing, but I was very disappointed in my overall experience. If my sandwiches were made normal, I wouldn't be leaving a low star review and would've been grateful. But I was looking so forward for the chicken sandwich that I was really...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe middle aged balding white manager a beard is a horrible man with anger issues and refused to cooperate with something that is simple.
My boyfriend does doordash and took an order here, and told the woman at the menu that he was here to pick up a doordash order . She said okay, pull forward. He gets to the window and the middle aged manager starts telling him he needs to order at the window. My bf said he says he did and that it's a doordash order. The manager keeps not being cooperative for some reason and keeps telling him to go to the menu even though he is picking up a doordash order and the woman actually working the drive thru knew that. They keep going back and forth and my bf keeps trying to explain to him he's here for a doordash order but this guy starts raising his voice and so my bf raises it back. The manager then yells "this guy doesn't get his food" ITS NOT EVEN HIS FOOD HES A DOORDASH DRIVER. The employee that actually knows this sits in the back and doesn't let the guy know or explain anything.
Then he had to call support in the drive thru and tell them that popeyes refuses to give him their food because they were being uncooperative. He then pulls around and parks in the parking lot to cool down and look for more orders and the manager comes out and yells at him to leave or he's going to call the cops.
What the heck dude. Are you okay? This also happened on the day that my boyfriend found out his little brother attempted suicide and was in the hospital. He can't visit him right away because they live in different states and he was working to raise money to visit him. I'm not sure why you were so unkind and cruel...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had to run out to dodge in Leavenworth and stopped in at popeyes on my way back. Smack in the middle of primetime during the rippin chicken promotion it was packed. I almost left when the parking lot was wrapped with cars. I'm impatient and hungry, I hadn't ate lunch like I should, but i weighed the wait vs. The taste of their delicious tenders and crispy fries. I decided to get in line right behind a big suburban. Why? I'm not sure! But after listening to him order enough food for a baseball team and 5 ice waters I decided there was no way I would bake in the sun; car said 93. I squeezed by and parked inside the workers were scrambling filling orders as fast as possible the cashier finished with a lady and asked me to wait a moment. I kindly obliged. AND THIS IS WHERE MY REVIEW STARTS. A lady barged in asking if she could get her order she was the second car back in line and had been waiting an outrageous amount of time. The manager prompted the staff to prepare the ladies order and continued to carry a polite conversation with the lady for that I commend you. Back st the register the cashier says she can help me now and having been there I assured her I could wait just a few minutes longer while. She proceeded to bag orders and prepare boxes when then quickly returned for my order to keep it short. š The lady and I walked out at the same time moral of the story is it pays to be nice and smart always go in. Btw food was...
