I went to this location last night and I ordered my food at 8:07 PM, 10 piece chicken, 2 large sides (fries), and 5 biscuits. Not too much just something for my three daughters and myself. They put me in the spot 1 because I was in drive-through because they said it was gonna take five minutes for spicy chicken. I was told that at 8:12 PM, why did it hit 8:32 PM and I still do not have my food. I called in there to see what was taking so long because five minutes have been up and another person that was waiting with me had gotten all their food. I noticed that they were trying to clear out drive-through and when I went inside, and I heard the lady working drive thru say hurry up and try to take it to spot one. I looked at the cooked chicken at the top and I seen nearly all the spicy was gone when mine was being made, and I knew right there that they were putting other orders before mine I said no, I am right here actually and I donāt want the food because that is ridiculous that yāall sat up here and made me wait because of yāall drive-through got busy and I was in your waiting spot for 30 minutes. I know at that point that they wasnāt making no effort what so ever and it threw me off when I even had to call in and even had to tell them what I was waiting on. Like how you donāt know what you put on hold outside? It was a Caucasian woman with glasses, working drive-through older, and two Arabian girls in the front (sorry if I got the race wrong I didnāt get names) and one of the girls took the food out of the bag and threw it because I said I didnāt want it no more and I wanted my refund. If thereās cameras youāll see it. Corporate yāall need to step in and have a meeting about this because that was very unprofessional and I will be submitting my complaints to the BBB. 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous and then itās very unacceptable to catch attitudes with a customer when they are totally at fault. Ā Ā Ā Read more6/24/2025 Update: My family stopped by again after getting off from work and ordered a 10 pcs. meal, and 2 apple pies. We got home and the food was cold. Even more, the 2 pies we received were wrong. My wife called to make a complaint. She asked to speak with a manager and told her what was going on, she put us on hold. A man picked up the phone up, so my wife told him what happened with our order. My wife shared with him that we had to heat the food up be cause it wasn't fresh and that we lived on the other side of town because he expected us to bring the food back to the store so he could remake our order... well, we ate the food, and he said he could do nothing for us/ what would we like him to do. I told my wife to ask for the district manager name and number he stated he was the district manager and he don't have to give his name. Now, what can I do for you? Nothing sir, you've done enough.
I came to this location directly after work to pick up dinner for my family. I ordered a family pack. 6 pcs of chicken, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, LG fries, LG red beans + rice, 1 Apple Pie, and 1 drink. I wait 18 mins for fresh chicken. I even allowed the cashier, which was the mgr up, sale me a Cajun turkey for $63. I get home, and there's no chicken sandwiches in the bag for my son's! I call repeatedly, and there no answer, so now I have to leave out to take it back. I arrived and ask for a manager and he said I am the mgr I told him what happened and ask for fresh order, he told me to throw the food I had away and he would remake it. He made no offer to ratify the situation other than remaking it. Wasted time and money. Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday, the Manager turned VERY unethical (thus, employees) & scary towards me near closing time after I informed through the drive thru (from parking lot) that I was calling corporate on this establishment!! I'd went back up to speak to him for 3 minutes to prove to him I wasn't just a "blow Joe" trying to get $$ out of his establishment because earlier(2:50pm) they took my $20 bill and gave no change nor receipt back for 2 pieces of chicken & a biscuit ! His (earlier) kindness when I called back explaining the situation by evening, turned treacherous as he barreled out the door because he did not want to open the door to me well before the sign on the door stated their lobby closing hours!! He began screaming, eyes evil, head twitching...like people look when they want to hit you!! He'd "DROVE ACROSS THE STATE" to come there because " ...THE MANAGER THERE HAD HAD A HEART ATTACH!!"; He's "...THE MANAGER OF HALF THE STATE'S AREA...!!"; "...I"M VERY BUSY..!!!" "...I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL YOU!!!" More was said, but what a FRIGHT and EMBARRASSMENT to me in front of employees and drive-thru customers!! I just backed off and left. Needless to say, he never called, which I didn't expect that he would. I lost my $20, paid for chicken that had ONLY flour coating and NO seasonings (which I didn't get to tell him) then got insulted & frightened!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! I'VE BEEN where this Manager is trying to go! I've worked with the public in MANY areas in my life time & horrible managers & business owners!
