Pizza Hut Lansing Kansas
As normal I start my review by taking pictures of the outside and then the inside as I walk in.
Upon reaching the seating sign the lady ( Teri I believe) look seriously upset that I was taking pictures and abruptly asked me why I was taking pictures of everything in her Pizza Hut. I politely told her that I was going to do a google review.
She was not polite when she seated me or when she took my order. Then I watched as she started telling customers as they came in that she was upset that I was taking pictures - one customer seemed unconcerned about the review.
While she said all the right things the vibe was not good. You know the vibe… I’m being polite by saying the right things even thought I’m unhappy.
I tried to calm her a bit a couple times telling her years ago I used to work in management for Pizza Hut. She refused any engagement.
Now to my normal review. The parking lot had good parking and handicap parking. The lot and the south side of the building entry walk up need power washed. The exterior building was presentable.
Walking in the entry floor had foot prints and smears as you would expect a floor to have with a mop that wasn’t clean. The baseboard also exhibited soil build up.
Part of the dinning area was blocked off and stacks of pizza to go boxes were stacked in customer view.
The carpet was dirty and there were spills on the carpet close to the salad-bar. The bench seats at the table had torn vinyl. Sitting at the table I viewed debris on the window sill and greasy smears all over the wall adjacent to the bathroom entry.
I also could see the vents in the ceiling were extremely dirty.
The back area certainly also could be cleaner and more orderly.
The bathroom was not clean which included sticky thick dusty stuck to the walls by the tool. All the floor trim area had mop build up.
I ordered breadsticks and a drink. The drink was the only perfect thing in the experience. The bread sticks were overdone as you will see in the pictures the darker hue verses the color Pizza normally accepts.
Over all experience - unprofessional employee Very Dirty facility and unacceptable food by Pizza...
Read moreThey would not deliver to my apartment... I had to get out of the house and go pick it up, and for some reason the app sent my order to Lansing. And when I got there they had the doors locked, bc they had been robbed a week or so ago she said... So I had to knock for them to let me in. I could have gone through the drive thru but I forgot all about it ... They got my order right, the toppings could have been more half and half, but, having to go pick it up myself sort of defeated the purpose of ordering pizza... But they had already charged my card before she called me and told me I'd have to come get it... I'm very unhappy about no delivery... Other places deliver here, I have had no problems with anyone but Pizza Hut... And I paid for mine by credit card on the app...so I don't understand why they couldn't have delivered my food... I won't be ordering from them anymore and really if I'd have known they weren't going to deliver it, I never would have...
Read moreLeavenworth Pizza Hut is Horrible tried to redeem my store credit and manager refused to honor it because the phone number I used was incorrect. She came out of office screaming at me. Very unprofessional and do not honor store credit and refused to refund the cash money we first paid for the pizza. Burned pizza twice and wanted us to wait until they got the oven fixed. This problem happened on April 25, 2023 and have not once had a decent manager call or email to apologize or refund money back. Shameful and unprofessional. What happened to customer first. I guess corporate can care less about their customers because it is all about money. Shame on you!!! I'm referring to the pizza hut in Leavenworth on 4th St. Not Lansing. ...
