Management is not willing to credit a bad order or replace the bad item. Ok that's an exaggeration, they offered me a free sauce.
No sauce with jet boats anymore and they are MUCH smaller. But I didn't know this until now. I get home and realize it doesn't have sauce in it but I just figured someone made a mistake and would call to get a credit for a free one next time. I called and they offered to credit me a sauce and to be fair he did offer to run me a sauce. But I'm 15 minutes away and hungry now... after I already waited 20 minutes for my order and drove home 15 minutes and lets face it... that would not have been there in 15 minutes.
No big deal just offer me a credit for my $6 pizza boat next time. Nope he "can't" do that. It's my fault the sauce was not on the side, my fault I didn't know it only comes on the side now and no big deal because I already ate it (yes he laughed when I told him that), bc I was hungry now not in 30 mins when it would have been delivered. Really?! Over a $6 boat which is probably $3 their cost.

Never mind being the lowest rated jets around, leaving your kitchen to be run by a bunch of stoned kids who frequently mess up or forget part of the order, with no supervision from anybody with any sort of customer service or quality control experience, is an absolute joke. For what you charge for your food, you should be ashamed of the money you spend on staffing your shop. I spent 17 years doing that job, a good portion of which was in control of a much higher volume shop than this one. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. You just have to care. If the owner or general manager of this location reaches out to me personally, I’ll consider editing this review per how that conversation goes. Read moreMade order online but got to the store and they never made it...had to wait for them to make it and blamed the ticket machine for not printing out my order. After getting my full order I drove home only to find out that the pizza I ordered was missing. Called to complain and their only way to "fix" the issue was to give me a "Free" pizza the next time I came in!...It's not Free if they don't reimburse your credit card for the pizza you never got!!. Asked for the managers name and he would not give it to me....asked the same manager to tell me the owners name and he said no to that also....then asked him to leave the owner a note to call my number and he said no....and that the owner is never going to call me....Really JETS Pizza....this is the type of managers you hire to run the business?
