I pulled up to the speaker. They were taking someone else’s order at the other speaker I didn’t get greeted and I waited patiently that person pulls forward to the window. Someone else pulls up with the other speaker and they start taking their order. I was like OK it is what it is. They finally greet me and I tell them my code for my mobile order. I pull up when I get to the second window. They hand me my drink and tell me to pull forward to the third window because they’re waiting on FRESH fries. I said absolutely, no problem. Thank you so much. Not even two seconds later they walk up to the third window hand me my order when I get home the fries were ice cold, soggy, and hard at the same time. You could tell that they were super old fries. My chicken nuggets were hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat them, and my sandwich was lukewarm. I would have waited for everything to be fresh. I don’t understand why you can’t just serve hot food. I’m an AGM in fast food and I would never sit here. Tell them that they were getting fresh fries and then give them fries that had been sitting there for at least an hour. I come to this location a lot usually don’t have too many complaints, but I had just gotten off of work, everything was closed and it was my only choice. I just wanted hot food. I get it. It’s fast food, but the laziness needs to stop. It’s...
Read moreI go here often for convenience and how fast they usually are. After working late I visited very early in the morning. I asked when they serve breakfast and the nice lady answered I was about "2 minutes" too early. She said that if I really wanted breakfast they might be able to take the order. However before I could place an order for what I actually wanted for breakfast a guy named Johnny came over her microphone saying that they absolutely could not do breakfast early, " NO YOU CAN'T HAVE BREAKFAST!". He was then rude to his coworker and yelled at her for almost allowing me to place an order 2 minutes before they actually started breakfast. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior, not just towards a customer, posing a simple question, but in general too good own team members. I then placed a separate order for something else entirely pulled up to the 1st window where I paid and thanked the kind lady for her help, After a quick conversation I got the impression that this is not unusual behavior for the employee. Again completely unprofessional completely unwarranted as well as deserving of some disciplinary action. He's affecting the workplace for other people who are providing genuine good...
Read moreI’m very disappointed with my recent experience. After getting home, I realized my order was missing chicken nuggets and a straw (the straw wasn’t a big deal, but I also paid extra for sauce that was not included). I had to drive all the way back to the store due to these mistakes—wasting my time and gas—just to get what should have been included in the first place.
When I arrived and spoke with Abby, the manager, she handed me the missing nuggets but offered no apology, compensation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Her response was simply, “This is all we can do.” Meanwhile, my food at home was cold, and I had just spent $27 on a meal that was incomplete until I personally returned.
This was handled very poorly. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility and making things right. Abby’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. This is not the kind of service I expect, especially from someone in a managerial...
