My boyfriend and I got dinner from this location at around 10pm today. we pulled up to the ordering screen and were greeted by a woman saying to please be patient because there are only 2 people working at the moment. sure, we understand and don't mind waiting at all. this location has never NOT taken a long time to get through the line so we were prepared for that anyway... she comes back after a bit to take our order. my boyfriend starts by politely asking for an asiago chicken sandwich and proceeds to ask for it "crispy" and without lettuce and tomato. he only said crispy so they wouldn't have to ask if he wanted the chicken spicy, grilled, or homestyle. he was trying to make their lives easier. the woman immediately clapped back and said "crispy?? what do you mean crispy? thats the way it comes." and without giving my boyfriend a second to speak, followed it up with "well, it would be crispy anyway because there are only 2 of us working right now so it would have to be fresh." she just assumed he was saying he wanted it to be fresh and was giving him attitude for it, although nowhere in what he said did he insinuate that. im guessing the woman taking our order was the manager because she was wearing a collared polo shirt while the other girl working was wearing a wendys T shirt however i could be wrong on that... id hate to assume. but if that is the case, that is pretty shameful behavior especially from a manager. oh, and the sandwich ended up being...
Read moreCame through the drive-thru at about 12:15 in the afternoon and right off the top they had no salads of any kind. which I was ordering two salads. And the woman taking my order was very rude and kept cutting me off asking me if that was all. Then I had to call my wife and ask what she wanted in lieu of the salad, and because I did that I was given a lot of attitude. Mind you I was the only person in line and the call was very very quick. I pulled up to the window, and was Met with more attitude, and was told I was going to have to pull forward to wait for my food. Which again there was no one else in line. So why did I need to pull up? Because she was worried about her window timer. So after about 5 minutes I got my food and left. A few miles down the road I ate one of my french fries to find out that not only were the boxes only half filled but the fries were cold. To top it all off they did not put a toy in my kid's meal. Try explaining to a toddler that they don't get a toy this time. I would have went back but I live 15 minutes away and the weather is terrible. The whole experience left me angry and feeling ripped off. Not my first bad experience at this location so we will not...
Read moreOrder a number 8 spicy chicken. I got a chicken sandwich with some type of spice orange sauce on it no lettuce or tomato. Called up I just wanted my sandwich replaced offered to bring the sandwich up. Manager or the man I talk to you said he would replace my meal for free. Few days later, come back up through drive-through. Tell the lady my name she tells me to drive up. She asked me who I talk to. I said it was a manager. And I don’t remember his name, does anyone? Young lady was rude at the window, then the manager steps up ask what I got. Told him it was a number 8 and he was just as rude. Has me pull to a modile parking spot. 17 min later after I said what happened at the box to the parking spot they bring my food out and then tell me they will give me a small drink cause I wasn’t in the book. lol I’m sorry I still have the sandwich in my refrigerator and about to bring it back up. So 19 min waiting for everything. Guess I should just stick with the night shifters cause they are WAY WAY NICER THEN THE DAYS. not my fault someone didn’t do their job and I don’t need any of the attitude I was giving. Nights is way...
