Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Laramie

Update 9/12/24 Today, I had the most perfectly made fries ever. 1/8" fries are very difficult to make because they can easily get over done and become hard and crunchy. Today, perfectly crisp outsides, but tender insides. I gave the staff kudos directly for their achievement. Oh and my burger was a #1 meal perfectly made and fresh. I really appreciated the staffs attention to the details of our meal today.

I was expecting typical fresh meat fastfood burger place ho hum, however, I was surprised, the staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. As a restaurant and food critic, My standards and eye for detail goes far. Usually fastfood places get 3 stars max. This establishment earned a star above because they listened, double checked the order, made sure the food was fresh and hot or cold as required. Being respectful to all your customers carries much weight to your success as a team. Additionally, my tip of advice is to make your icecream orders last, so your cold items do not begin to warm and melt waiting for hot items to finish. Food is absolutely amazing! Employees were friendly, very helpful, and professional. Nice to see customer service still exists, as it is such a rarity these days. The only complaint (if you can call it that, and it's quite a minute one at that) is that this place needs to be a larger establishment with more seating. Although, as busy and packed as it was for lunch Sunday, we received our food quick, fresh, and hot (and there were 4 adults and 3 children in our group)! Nicely done, Freddy's! You're definitely living up to the original Freddy's expectation for reputation and quality. Positively a place to try (but maybe not during the height of their lunch run on a Sunday). This place is amazing and great staff and great customer service. The burgers are amazing! The shakes and ice cream are very good!! The wait time can be longer than the average fast food place but that is because the food quality is much better than other fast food places. I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and the dude at the drive thru (i think his name is zander) said he was super sorry for the wait and gave me a slip for a free ice cream!! Very nice. I wasn't bothered by the wait at all but hey I’ll take the free ice cream! The wait time is nothing compared to our towns dairy Queen where the food isn't good at all.
