Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Laramie

Store # 1279: I called in at 10:38 p.m. to order a pizza from North Carolina for my husband who was traveling through Laramie, Wyoming. I had the privilege of speaking a few minutes prior on the phone with Stephen who was so kind when I called to see if they were open. He was so cheery and polite even being late at night. When I made the last call to place the order, Jesse answered and was absolutely delightful. He answered all my questions and made the ordering process a breeze. It was so nice to know my husband would be taken care of since I couldn’t be there to make him dinner after his long day of travel. They delivered a delicious pizza to my hubby’s hotel room including a hotel pack to make sure he would have plates and napkins and everything he might need. DO NOT try to work here. There is no general manager so all the hiring processes go through the operation manager who’s name is Mike. After signing all the tax paperwork I asked when my start date would be and he said he’d call me that night. I received no response that night and called him the next afternoon to try to figure it out. My call went to voicemail so I took it as a sign that I needed to look elsewhere. After accepting another position elsewhere I was harassed by Mike where I was called a selfish child and everything is “all about me.” After asking and telling him multiple times to leave me alone he kept responding trying to fight with me and harassing be between 10pm and 1am. When I lived in Colorado, I ordered from a papa johns there, and it was HORRIBLE. I was really disappointed because of all the pizza places my family has purchased from, we loved that place the best. When I moved out here, myself and all my helpers were super hungry and wanted pizza. We chanced ordering from papa johns in Laramie, and boy did they deliver. Great flavor and great service! Just as I remember it when it was done properly. My love for papa john’s pizza has been rekindled! Lol I’ve ordered a few more times since then, and only once did I have a problem, but these guys jumped right on it and corrected it within the hour. I love this place.
