Firehouse Subs Gateway Plaza — Restaurant in Laramie

The wait is very long. I also got sandwiches for victims of a house fire, they only gave me 20% off. I wanted to try everything on their menu at different times. I’m going back to jersey mikes. I guess they support firefighters but not the victims of the fires. So sad and cruel. I was doing something kind for people who lost everything. I’m disappointed in this store! Laramie is a terrible town and business owners must be so hard up they can’t give half off. If you’re trying to order online and redeem your half off for joining don’t even consider it because you can’t order online in Laramie. DONT EAT HERE!!!!! After reading the reviews it looks like the owner only responds to positive five star reviews so I’m sure they won’t even pay any mind to mine!...

I was very happy seeing one of my old favorite sandwich shops come to Laramie. The second time I ordered there it was for a pick up through door dash. I ordered a sandwich and on the doordash app it says they have sauce packets. This is not true. As when I got there to pick up my food I was greeted promptly by the staff and one of the staff members talked to me about my order and that it wasn’t ready yet as they were still filling up to go cups of hot sauce. I told them not to worry about it and they gave me my food. I wish I got the names of the staff I talked to but they were all amazing and compensating for my crazy order. Food was horrible i got home to eat my sand-which and found a CLUSTER of RED hair but not ginger hair it was long red colored hair, almost like artificial box dye. Not only am i disgusted by the food but am disgusted by the behavior of the workers they were all very rude and the manager just sat in the back meanwhile there were lots of people in the store. Plus the whole store was dirty and when i went into the bathroom it was unusable considering there were poop smears on the toilet! It’s pretty shitty here… literally!! Very disappointed in this place considering its brand new the overall management needs a pep in their step. I do not recommend this sub place...
